Registration months ago. Won’t log in just loops me into provide card number but no way to retrieve it. Useless after update. Complete garbage. No I can’t even re register because it already had my phone registered. Idiots

Crashes upon opening every time since I updated my phone.

Using HopCatRewards it wont let you add the pin on the gift card... tried multiple phones but same thing no way to type in the pin area

Limited to one reward redemption per visit and short expiration dates. We spend a lot here between personal and business and feel like staff have no options on loyalty redemption for frequent visitors.

Repeatedly, I am not given the right sauces on the side, would be no big deal, but it’s the fourth time and going back to correct it isn’t an option, as I am disabled. I wish they would refund the money I spent specifically on sauce.

Have been twice now for lunch. I got the bar z burger and cosmic fries. Amazing. Today I got the madman grilled cheese. There was something missing in the sandwich. I think it may have been salt and pepper. But it was good when I dipped it in the bisque. I mean overall great. But season the cheese on the grilled cheese a little. :)

New update makes HopCatRewards super usable and looks awesome.

Best food app ever maybe

80 taps of pure goodness, food is excellent as well. I throughly enjoyed myself at this establishment.

I’m very happy with HopCatRewards, it works smoothly very easy to manage. I would too the HopCat on Knapp after a movie loved it. The atmosphere was great with wonderful service and I enjoyed it more than the one downtown.

Daniel and Michael are the BEST bartenders and waiters I have ever had in an account. I highly recommend coming into this bar great atmosphere great food great drinks!

We love this new HopCat in downtown Holland. Fun atmosphere and great food! Waitstaff seem to try hard to make all feel welcome and satisfied!

Came over to have some appetizers and Jessica was our waitress ❤️ she was so fun and took great care of us 😊 can’t wait to come back and ask for Jessica !!

Hopped the Cat downtown GR last Friday night and had my first burger there along with side of Cosmik Fries and crisp house Ale. A perfect trio, they can call them Cosmik, or fka Crack, Fries, they truly are the best around...and STILL addicting!

This restaurant is honestly great! The community and people here are always outgoing and kind! The food is some of the best my family has ever had and we love going here on a weekly basis!

The vegan burger is super good ! I’d get it again ! Great service.
