My spouse and I are joining the session separately. He can see and hear me and the therapist, but I cannot see or hear him, but I can see the therapist and hear her
The screen comes up for me to put my “pin” but freezes on that 📺
My app will not work on cellular data, I’ve reset my phone, reset network setting, delegated and redownloded and made sure anything I can think of is correct yet all it dose is open to a white screen. Any advice
I could see my therapist, but not hear them. They could hear and see me ok. Any suggestions on a fix? Camera and Mic permissions are on in the app.
So on the regain app I can hear my therapist, but when my partner is on the call also I am unable to hear him but he can hear the therapist and me.
