App not loading the chat at all, no the watchlist, making it looks like connection problem but it isnt, I may not be on any subscription now but I am now doubting my soon to be taken decisions, please would you address the concerning issue. Don't make us hate the only app that made us fall in love with trading, Thank you for understanding.

When I set up my trading charts they keep changing. Unable to make my changes stick. I know I am on the basic plan so I am only allowed 1 chart....However I previously purchased a charting software which was installed by Systems levels... I cancelled the product..However I think it is still using up my 1 chart option. What do I need to do to remove this and reset so I have access to my 1 chart. Can you help me please. as there is nothing in Help Section to cover this...and yes I tried to google Why is my only option is supercharts. ,

when i try to add another to the top row of tickers it goes to a tab asking me to pick a chart layout ... it just started doing this 4/28/22 it has never done this before ... i was able to just click the + and add a ticker
