The first time they have messed up a delivery (started calling my wife’s phone although I’ve requested it to be a surprise). I decided it was a random failure and gave it another go. The second time around they haven’t delivered flowers at all although marked my order as completed (next day!) and charged money. The support hasn’t responded to my inquiry after 2 hours of waiting. Do not do business with them.

I’ve been using Flowwow for years and have had a good experience, meaning that flowers were usually delivered as promised.
But this year, when I placed an advance order for flowers for the Women’s Day holiday, the company failed to deliver them. Disruptions happen and that’s fine - I wouldn’t dock them two stars for this. But their customer service truly failed as they didn’t do anything at all to help with the issue. No proactive communication. No responses at all to my messages to them. I was willing to wait a full 24 hours and have these flowers delivered the following day but they didn’t do it and never replied.
Bad customer service is a choice. It’s a choice companies like Flowwow make because they are cutting costs or increasing margins. They show with their disregard for their customers’ business that they don’t actually value the customer - just the money. If this was my first experience with them, I would never come back and they would get 0 stars from me.
I hope that they read these reviews and think about how they can get better and learn from their mistakes.

I used to love this app and would use it all the time to send gifts and flowers, because it had an option of Apple Pay as a payment method. They have removed Apple Pay option even though on the App Store they still claim to have Apple Pay! now and the only option is to pay by credit card or debit card which I am not okay with so I will give this app 2 stars
