Fan n star isn't loading in my device. I tried so many times to but all the times the app got stopped. I tried to open it on web also but it showed page not found.i want to vote for a group but if I cannot get through the app how will I vote. Please fix my problem.
Biased app beware

This app is biased. Very obvious since opening the app. If you’re a fan of a certain very famous group, no worries!!! (Lovely guys btw, nothing against them, I’ve purchased some of their songs) You can have multiple accounts in a same device, use zombie apps and your votes will be counted.🥳Plus your messages will be promptly answered. And the membership is only with photos of that very famous group.😌 But if you want to vote for another legendary group and have multiple accounts in different devices, play by the rules and don’t use zombie apps you run the risk of losing your accounts, erasing your votes and your messages will be ignored. 😔 The app is also laggy, crashes often and won’t let you watch adds as often as you can. 😤
Terrible app - needs to be fixed

I tried to work it for 10 minutes, mind I’m pretty tech savvy so if it’s taking me more than 5 minutes to see how something works then there’s something wrong here. It’s incredibly confusing to login to your own account, more confusing on how to even make an account! Then you need points to Vote, you have to really take your time to see how you can even go about getting those points. And it just keeps rerouting you as ads constantly pop up. It’s super frustrating and it’s not even worth it for me. I would only get to support my group but it’s seriously a terrible app.
Yea this isn’t working

I’ve downloaded this app just yesterday and it’s already getting on all of my nerves. It is laggy and slow and when I open the app, the loading screen appears for about 30 seconds before the Home Screen actually pops up. They won’t let me watch the ads to vote 50 stars because of some permissions thing that I’ve tried so hard to get through. At this point, the only reason I’m keeping this app is to vote for my fav idols. Seeing reviews from over a year ago and now the app doesn’t seem much different, I don’t think management will fix these problems.
