AWS Wickr Reviews

I really don’t understand how AWSWickr has such good reviews. The face ID fails to even appear as an option at least one out of every three times I load it. And now, the password box is hidden behind the keyboard. So either way, I have to either manually enter the password without being able to actually see it, or I have to quit AWSWickr and reopen it. It’s beyond frustrating.

Don’t install AWSWickr unless you like apps that don’t let you delete your account. I tried for an hour to figure out how to delete my account on both the iOS app and on my desktop. There is nothing in support, and there is not a support email or form to request assistance. Think twice...

This was a top notch program until this latest update. They merged rooms with conversations. Now you can’t find anything and pretty much have to create a room for everything. Not nearly as intuitive as it once was. I would suggest they hire new front end developers.

Audio chat over WiFi, strong signal, still has a lot of choppiness in sound quality. Other apps seem to have better quality, maybe this will improve.

As of Sunday, May 2020, I have received hundreds of valid Contact complaints: Wickr Me off-network Room members cannot send me even a simple message in my Room. So, they resort to email and phone calls to let me know something is wrong.

Basically Wickr Pro + Wickr Pro contacts remain in Rooms. A decent app hence 3 stars.

Criticism: excluding Wickr Me app users from Room chat “write” privilege has already caused Wickr Inc LLC to lose app users this month.

Ever since I did the update yesterday to Wickr I show out of network for everybody while AWSWickr Store works it shows out of network for all of my contacts all of my rooms

Secure and user friendly

Wickr pro is the best encripted app, better that fakin sky many times bc sky was compromised and many ppl get arrested for killing other ppl in Serbia and Montenegro
