I have been a customer with Keurig for over 9 years and have noticed some coffee makers getting worse and worse over time. I recently purchased a K-Supreme coffee maker and it lasted about 6 months and since it was under warranty you sent me a new one. Well that lasted about 4 months and there is no way to get a replacement because I could not register the warranty replacement. Your Supreme coffee makers are crap and you need to redesign them to last a lot longer than 4 to 6 months. I have given up on ordering anymore Keurig items from your company until this issue is resolved.
I've emailed about receiving the wrong auto ship order twice. I need a refund for both orders. I've cancelled auto ship because I couldn't get anyone to respond. ORDER # 465620574 and ORDER #489115634. Supposed to be unsweetened and I've received sweet on both of these.

I have a Keurig K- duo that I received as a gift a little over a year ago. It will not tutn on. No lights or action at all. I followed the troubleshooting instructions, the outlet is okay, water reservior attached correctly and still no response. It an expensive coffee maker to quit so soon. What else can I do?

After unboxing my new K-Supreme Plus SMART machine, I spent over an hour attempting to connect to the app. My machine is connected to my WiFi network, but not to the Keurig app. I have repeatedly followed the on-screen instructions. Initially, the machine pairs with the app successfully, but after selecting my WiFi and entering the correct password, I get a message saying that it was unable to connect. This is not true, as the machine settings displays my network along with the WiFi icon. Ultimately the app does not show my machine and asks me to restart the pairing process. Note: I went into settings and disconnected the machine from WiFi but continue to receive the same error message. I even reset the machine to factory settings and started over, but no luck. I had no idea the pairing would be so problematic.

I was really excited to be invited to be a part of a panel to evaluate the new Keurig duo. I am at least moderately tech savvy even at 79. I was able to connect the phone and coffee maker, but connecting the Keurig to my home wi-fi failed every time. I saw that with a rating of 3.4 stars and reading comments, others had problems with connection as well. No info (i.e. iTunes videos)on the internet that applied to the Duo Connected directly. I think the software developer still has some issues to work out with regard to this model. I sadly will be making arrangements to ship this back. In a word: the app is crap

I used several types of payment cards toMake purchases online and in stores. I never have any trouble completing my transactions. However with the Keurig app, payments are declined repeatedly. I got a text from my bank asking me about Keurig. Then my personal bank said if payment declines contact them and they would complete this transaction. Credit card. Same story. Reversed charges. Security alerts too. Finally a second debit was tried. No deal. Seems to me it’s way too hard do use the caring app to purchase a coffee maker and accessories.
