Phone app (newly reinstalled) will not let me log; message says "email or password is incorrect." Both are correct, and I can sign in on my computer. Others have reported the same problem. I have rechecked the email and password, reinstalled the app, reset my password, and I still can't log on. I cannot connect my Keurig to wifi without the pone app, so I can't make coffee. Please fix this. send instructions for alternate method to connect, or send me a "dumb" Keurig that does not require wifi.

Problem with password and email in app
My device shows it is connected to my WiFi but says “server is unresponsive”. I previously had it connected to Alexa, but now it no longer responds to voice commands. I’ve already tried unplugging and powering it back up as well as disconnecting and reconnecting it to our WiFi. What else can I try?

App not working on my tablet. I can access the home page but not my account. I had access to it a day or two ago. On my android I can access my account & history but I can't download ,there's no way to.

Your app is not working. Will allow me to connect brand new brewer. Which was a gift. Your product sucks.
