The manager Dwayne at loop store 126 AdmiralCallaghan in Vallejo was so rude, not helpful and has zero customer service! I went to get gas and carwash as my usual at this store but by the time I can almost all or half of its pumps has out of order signs or no signs at all and isn’t working. I could it get gas on two pumps, what it’s the manager doing sleeping or he’s just not doing his job to call for service and have it’s fix and run the business and serve the community in the area by having a working pump station, clean exterior and interior because outside looks very dirty or it looks like trash, not well maintained exterior, by far it’s the dirtiest gas station in the nearby if you just observe other gas station or even worst the dirtiest loop store I’ve been yo in the Bay Area! It needs to start from the manager, I believe, having a good or great manager to manager a well known store like Loop. The only exception that well deserve to visit or at least recognize is the employee named Martha there that has been their for a long time. Not recommended to visit for people who seeks for great and quality customer service!

I had the carwash subscription until I had to replace my credit card due to fraud. My subscription ended when my month was up and my card got decline. It worked fine during that time - didnt work at one location once. I was hoping to continue my subscription but there is no way to change payment info. I tried deleting my account and recreating one but when recreating it says there is still an account associated with my phone number. So currently seems there is no way to delete you account.
I’ve tried calling and says its unavailable. Sending a message through their website doesnt work either.
Also truthfully $30/month for an express car was subscription seems a little much to me. At my location the express wash is $9 for a single wash. If have to wash your car at least every week for any of their subscriptions to make sense. But that’s subjective and obviously this subscription makes sense for those that want to wash their car frequently and that’s who this subscription was probably made for.

I installed this app and it couldn’t even find my email even though I get emails from them every time I make a purchase
Then after I registered, it asked for a phone number and they said by giving it to them I agreed to accept texts from them
I tried using my Google Voice number because I don’t want spam calls to my actual phone and a message popped up that said, “This is a VoIP number” I pressed okay and then it was just the box asking for my number I won’t give them
Their error messages are ambiguous, their system isn’t linked with the actual loyalty program that I am a member of and already has my email address and Google Voice number I use to avoid spam calls
Their demands for #s is invasive and they waste people’s time by not making it clear that you have to consent to receiving texts from them on your actual phone number to get any use from it
This garbage borders on phishing and I am sorry I installed this utterly useless and poor quality mess, and I hope I saved you from making the same mistake by writing this review :)
