I had a very bad experience with service while tried to book my first ride. Upon ride confirmation Bike Taxi captain called my mobile and informed me to cancel the ride as he has some personal work to complete in Bank within salt lake area then he can able to attend the service. I requested him to complete his ride as he has accepted the request then he can complete his personal work. But he refused to do so. I call the emergency number with my experience but shockingly respected person suggested to me to cancel my ride and look for another. My question is how they are allowing to do personal work while he is on duty then why you are serving people??? This is not a professional attitude. I have cancelled my ride and provide my feedback but I didn’t get any responses from this platform. What a service.. !!!!!

this app app usage caused my iPhone SE to crash and shutdown, after which I got a message from the iPhone system, that the phone has recovered from a fatal crash as the battery was unable to provide peak power. The first time it happened the phone was on 9%, and generally in the past I have been able to book a this app at this battery level also. Then again today morning the same happened and my phone was on 14% battery. I understand that the battery was low, but then how come I can use paytm app to do a upi>wallet>merchant transaction while on 4G and as soon as I opened this app app to check for a ride, the phone shut down, and after it turned on it showed 12% battery. Please check to see if your GPS service is drawing too much power which is stalling the phone

Most of the time drivers ( so called captains ) don’t show up after accepting rides.
Some will ask the cost that it shows in app and if they see small rides then they will refuse the ride.
Few times they will stay in their home and start Rapido and accepts ride. This way they will take much more time than it will be showing Rapido .
There are many other ways they will waste your time.

this app is the only ride shade service which increases the amount to be charged if there’s traffic. The cost seems low compared to other ride share apps when booking but goes up with no chance for customer to accept or decline. It’s unclear what logic they use to increase the fare. They don’t communicate this anywhere. I’m surprised this practice is legally allowed.

Your drivers they cancelled the ride last moment I will request to everyone don’t use Rapido Rapido is always make disappointed use uber it’s far better then Rapido and if we cancel our ride or if we cancel they use to ask extra charges then why you don’t charge them or don’t ask them to stop doing this

App took money for this app wallet but doesn’t allow payment to be made through it. Can drivers keep selecting your journey but never move from the spot for more than 10 minutes and expectation timer never moves. Shows 8 min when you have been waiting for 15 min. It charges you wait time after 5 min of driver arrival but no compensation when drivers don’t show up on time.

I have been charged for waiting which was completely false. When i reported the issue , customer service simply writing sampathetic lines and closed the complaints without my confirmation. No action has been taken. Driver came with different vehicle number then mentioned in app, how someone will know that unless he let customer know. The issue was never addressed by their team

It is very pathetic service from this app. The drivers are very bad and their behavior is awe fully bad. They take wrong route and charge extra. The fare increases by 50 % and upon arrival they say that we informed you that we are taking a different route. It is a scam, refrain from booking from this app. Uber is better. The customer support is pathetic they don’t turn up even after getting connected for more than 10 minutes.

The driver didn’t follow the shared location and went somewhere else and then after he came here, he is charging me for his mistake!!! So instead of charging for 11 kms, I got charged for 23 kms and had to pay Rs140. And the attitude of the driver is pathetic and so is that of the customer service person. I could have got it delivered by OLA or Uber for far less!!! And then waste of my time in all the arguments… you lost me as a customer! With such attitude and behaviour, this app needs to be avoided. Reach out to me for trip details if you are really keen on looking into the behaviour of the driver and the unethical charges. Let’s see if this app even cares about its customers.

You will initially assign a driver who is long way to pick up. He will then call me ask my pick up location, drop location and the fare and then he is asking me to cancel the ride. I don't get why the drivers are asking us to cancel the ride. If they cannot pick up they have to cancel the ride. Why do we have to wait and then we cancel the ride and have to wait more than anticipated. There is a flaw in your system which needs to be taken care of.

Most often the Rapid App suggests a location about where we are and not all the times it’s correct and it displays the wrong location to the driver which results in more waiting time and the waiting times are being charged to the customer . If it’s wrong with Rapido it should be charged to Rapido as they are the middle

I had a good and a worst experience. My first trip was really good. Same day I booked a second trip. The guy accepted my trip was more than 20 kilometers away. So he asked to cancel and rebook. I rebooked twice and both the riders were asking about the location and price (95 rupees)
They asked to cancel myself. If they can’t ride to location or less amount they should be cancelling and why are they asking me ??

Firstly the charge is more compared to other ride apps (for auto). Secondly, even waiting for 15 mins, no driver was accepting the request. There is no issues in Rapido , but the system is not in place for commuters to get the auto within the time as mentioned in your advertisement

Hey , my name is Vikas Nd I travelled first with this app Nd I’m not happy . Because they give same helmet to every customer which is not hygienic, they can give at least a use and throw cap and that cap is so cheap that you can add it easily as it cost only 1 rs per cap , please take this matter in your knowledge and see to it .

Few times I was charged higher than the fare showed on app. Sometimes, it was drivers mistake I was charged for them driving me wrong routes and I was charged for their cancellation.

this app is more economical, reliable, and lot quicker in responding to booking. The overall service is far superior than any other taxi service.

I’ve been blocked from Rapido . I contacted support for this and I haven’t got any reply from them, and I’m still blocked, but I’ve been using this from another number and the service has been great. I’m only disappointed with the customer support.

As I booked a ride it showed available in 2 minutes and to my surprise it was exactly in 2 minutes ride arrived. Driver’s behaviour was excellent.
Overall service is excellent and I will recommend to all my friends and family members to use this app.
Keep this standard intact in future too.

My first booking (on 11th February evening from Perungudi to Central railway station)was a bad experience due to rash driving and very arrogant behaviour .due sudden brake a two wheeler hit .
Today morning I booked a taxi from Egmore railway station , the driver was very good and helpful with senior citizens like me and very decent ,careful driving
Keep watch on a few irresponsible drivers
