I had a very bad experience with service while tried to book my first ride. Upon ride confirmation Bike Taxi captain called my mobile and informed me to cancel the ride as he has some personal work to complete in Bank within salt lake area then he can able to attend the service. I requested him to complete his ride as he has accepted the request then he can complete his personal work. But he refused to do so. I call the emergency number with my experience but shockingly respected person suggested to me to cancel my ride and look for another. My question is how they are allowing to do personal work while he is on duty then why you are serving people??? This is not a professional attitude. I have cancelled my ride and provide my feedback but I didn’t get any responses from this platform. What a service.. !!!!!

Rapido app usage caused my iPhone SE to crash and shutdown, after which I got a message from the iPhone system, that the phone has recovered from a fatal crash as the battery was unable to provide peak power. The first time it happened the phone was on 9%, and generally in the past I have been able to book a rapido at this battery level also. Then again today morning the same happened and my phone was on 14% battery. I understand that the battery was low, but then how come I can use paytm app to do a upi>wallet>merchant transaction while on 4G and as soon as I opened rapido app to check for a ride, the phone shut down, and after it turned on it showed 12% battery. Please check to see if your GPS service is drawing too much power which is stalling the phone

The driver didn’t follow the shared location and went somewhere else and then after he came here, he is charging me for his mistake!!! So instead of charging for 11 kms, I got charged for 23 kms and had to pay Rs140. And the attitude of the driver is pathetic and so is that of the customer service person. I could have got it delivered by OLA or Uber for far less!!! And then waste of my time in all the arguments… you lost me as a customer! With such attitude and behaviour, Rapido needs to be avoided. Reach out to me for trip details if you are really keen on looking into the behaviour of the driver and the unethical charges. Let’s see if Rapido even cares about its customers.
