Tried 30+ times on the mobile app and a desktop browser to create an account and I never received the email verification to create an account. Even tried a second email address.
NovantHealthUrgentCare stated a virtual visit would cost $50 and would be free if you have insurance.
I just received a bill that states my 5 minute virtual visit cost $107! They charged my insurance and then sent me a bill for $30.
This is bait and switch. I have deleted NovantHealthUrgentCare and will never use again.
Costs less to see a doctor in person!
I am sick with a Sinus Infection and I called my Primary Care Doctors office and was told I couldn’t be seen until I get a Covid Test. That made no sense to me because I have to wait 3-5 days to get the results. I registered to get an appointment at CVS Minute Clinic but couldn’t get an appointment until the next afternoon. So I kept looking and found Doctors Care for an online appointment. I was skeptical but I tried anyway and I’m absolutely impressed. I told her all my symptoms and she said I needed an antibiotic. She sent them to my pharmacy of choice and everything went quite smoothly. I didn’t have to wait in a doctor’s office around all these sick people along with myself being sick. I didn’t have to sit in there waiting to be seen. I highly recommend this way of seeing a doctor when you’re sick unless of course you have other medical conditions that wouldn’t be safe to do it this way. Very happy to find Doctor’s Care!!
The last thing I want to do when I’m sick is go sit in a doctor’s office, and now I don’t have to. I saw the doctor and got a prescription without leaving my couch. The next time I’m sick I’ll definitely use this service again!

Amid the panic pandemic of the latest Covid spike it was an utter nightmare trying to be seen by anyone to get an antibiotic for my annual bout of tonsillitis. Not even my primary care doctor could or would see me until two days later and without writing any scripts. Wasn’t like I was trying to get opioids or something to sell….just a little penicillin. Finally found NovantHealthUrgentCare and it saved me from an even longer wait while getting worse physically. Download it and use it! The doc was amazing as well!

Virtual visit with Doctor’s Care! It was absolutely wonderful to see a Dr. from the comfort of my home! No waiting rooms full of ppl or waiting for long periods, especially is this uncertain time! The Dr. was kind and so concerned with my health. She listened to my symptoms and her diagnosis was spot on. Virtual visits with Doctor’s Care will be my new choice for medical care.

I have used Doctor’s Care twice now and both times was fast and easy. My scripts was electronically sent and they even emailed me a doctors note for work. Amazing fast service. Will definitely be using again!!
This is wonderful if you’re sick and need a doctor. You don’t have to leave the house or sit in a room with other sick people. It’s easy, quick, and the doctors are so helpful and caring. I’ll be using them again if I’m not feeling well. A+ care!
Had to get a rapid COVID test. Filled out paperwork online, then did virtual visit with doctor FaceTime. Very pleasant experience. Appointment set up for next morning for test and had results within few hours...thankfully negative!

Wow. I am so impressed. I am a teacher with an infant and after getting the stomach bug and unable to go to the doctor (couldn’t even drive!) my co-worker suggested NovantHealthUrgentCare for the next time I get sick. Well 2 weeks later I have 8 out of class with strep! And now I am showing symptoms. Putting in your information was so easy. The wait wasn’t to long and the doctor took action immediately after hearing my symptoms. I love it when it is quick and easy, especially with a new baby!
My husband was only in the virtual waiting room for 10 minutes. He described his issue to the doctor and an hour later we picked up his antibiotics. This was better than going in person!
My daughter and I waited an hour for a virtual visit only for them to tell us before we saw the doctor that we needed to come in because she was under 8. What an utter waste of time.
I tried NovantHealthUrgentCare a few months ago on my iPhone 7 and there was an issue with entering my credit card in. Fast forward to today and I now have an account I set up on a desktop computer. I logged in. First problem. I now have an iPhone X. The login does not take advantage of the facial recognition which every other app I use does. 2nd problem, I selected the patient and visit reason from the drop down and selected next and got a message that I needed to select a reason for visit. (Which I already had) I selected a different reason choice just to see if it would work and selected next and it worked! Great only there is no way to go back and select the correct reason. I can’t find any way back to that screen. Not it is asking me to select a dr. It lists 3 but won’t let me select one. And if I hit next days I must select one. I had a suspicion this meant no were available, but there is no way to know this from NovantHealthUrgentCare . So I tried on my desktop and can see it says they are offline. There need to be better feedback on this screen. I can think of a number of ways, but probably the best/ easier is to only have available drs displayed. And if none are available there should be text that says no doctors are online at this time. Though ideally it should say that before anyone wastes their time logging in and entering their info! Maybe a separate button that says, see what doctors are in? If the Drs have a schedule of when they will be online maybe display the drs who are offline with a status of “offline-returning at x time”.
Feel so awful can’t make it to the doctor. Waited online for virtual appointment OVER TWO HOURS only for my local office to say it was never connected. Don’t waste your time!!!

App not functioning on iPhone 8.
Fast and convenient it is not! I have been waiting for over 2 hours and not seen anything but a screen saying we will be with you shortly. Their idea of shortly and mine are completely different!!
Wouldn’t upload required photos, kept saying error. Tried many times on phone and desktop computer, having to complete form fields again each time. Wasted 45 minutes.
I love NovantHealthUrgentCare and the concept. I have never had a problem with waiting for a long time for a doc to come online. What I can’t stand is that now I am not able to see a doc anymore as the cc expiration date selection aspect does not read that I have entered my expiration date. I have deleted NovantHealthUrgentCare and redownloaded it and I still have the same issue.
Enjoyed seeing provider face to face, was super helpful. Great service.
We hate going to the doctor... it’s the worst. We hate waiting in line.... for hours.... this is amazing. We signed up, submitted a request to see a doctor, waited 22 minutes, and then my wife saw a doctor for about 10 minutes on NovantHealthUrgentCare in HD quality. The doctor prescribed her medication and the charge was only $55 (which if you have insurance you can submit for reimbursement) we did that without ever leaving the bed! Couldn’t be happier.
