Following the recent update app does not have the option to change unit from metric to imperial.

Lately iGPSPORT is only synching 25 - 75% of my ride. I have to pull the .fit file out of the device on my computer at home in order to get it properly synched for Strava. The device works great, iGPSPORT not so much.

Uploading data to iGPSPORT has always been lousy but now I can’t upload at all. This started on the last app upgrade.

I haven't been able to sync the device with iGPSPORT on my iPhone since the last update. A major issue for me since it will no longer sync with other apps, like Strava, as well.

Couldn’t login into app, keep receiving “network error” despite full Wi-Fi and cellular connection. Hoping it’s just a server issue that gets resolved quickly.

The device is good, but iGPSPORT and software is a big and huge piece of garbage! Slow, doesn't sync, doesn't recognize the device, you have to uninstall it and install it again to see what happens. I should have bought a Garmin.

Tried to sync data from igs50e, iGPSPORT completed the sync but data didn’t show up in iGPSPORT . Then after a restart iGPSPORT cannot find the device at all. What a piece of garbage.

Last update ruined the whole experience for me. iGPSPORT is glitch after glitch. I’ve been having problems since day 1. Once they fix one, a worse one appears. I’m sorry, it just doesn’t work.

iGPSPORT was working fine until the latest update. Now I can no longer see my activities in Imperial units, only metric. It is not saving Imperial units. Also, it no longer uploads my activities to Strava like it used to. So, once again I have to run Strava. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANYMORE UPDATES WHEN EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE!!!!!!!!!

App is garbage. I try to login directly through Apple (as I always have) and nothing happens. Network is fine. iGPSPORT doesn’t even present an error message, it just doesn’t work. This effectively makes my this app bike computer a useless tool as well. Do not buy their computers and avoid iGPSPORT.

iGPSPORT is great, easy to use. However, when sync data using Bluetooth from the igs618, quite often, like 80% of the time, the connection would disconnect at 100% mark. Not sure it is igs618’s problem or iGPSPORT’s problem. It is very annoying. I often have to skip iGPSPORT .

I have two bikes and each bike has the 50E computer. I cannot get iGPSPORT (iPhone) to connect …is this possible ?

I used to love iGPSPORT and computer, now I only love the computer. With the recent update iGPSPORT now shows absurdly high average and maximum speeds for each ride. The computer shows what appear to be correct numbers for speed but when downloaded to iGPSPORT , well, let’s just say I could embarrass Lance Armstrong at the height of his doping. And no, it’s not suddenly reading in kph instead of mph because even those numbers would be insane. Last road ride shows 57mph ave with a 105mph max. Last MTB ride shows 32mph ave and 80mph max. Please fix this ASAP!!!

After update, no data or chats are available from all my activities what’s going on??

iGPSPORT is good for transferring data from an this app cycling computer to your phone or but that’s about it. Routing is almost non-usable the ride review screen is OK but the color indications on the map seem backwards (green is slower, red is faster). Some stuff in Chinese. I use it to transfer data to Ride With GPS. It’s a manual process but it works.

after updating 2.1.0, didn't work binding to strava. what happened?

It is easy to use. Only two things:
1) iGPSPORT keeps reverting to metric and won’t stay on imperial (the device is good).
2) I can’t figure out how to export the ride data to the Apple Health app

New update has a much better interface but lacks a few things: 1. Ability to select and delete past rides 2. Ability to set location and date (Los Angeles - one day delayed).

iGPSPORT is very easy to set up. It gives very nice graphics and nice maps of your rides. The data set is quite extensive. You can look at all of your data and it is summarized quite nicely.

iGPSPORT was a little slow to connect to my bike computer.

As an American, the main drawback is iGPSPORT is metric and not in miles,feet and Fahrenheit.

I love it can’t go without it.
