Complete garbage. Crashes randomly for no reason at all. The text box you have to type in is minuscule, I end up typing it all up in notes and then paste it in. Only crashes about 50% of the time doing it that way. Uploading picture crashes it, location accuracy is non-existent. Do not use if you value your sanity

I am a software engineer that has used this application with our company for the last few years. While it has been mostly satisfactory with basic functions needed for us, it has gotten worse over the last few years. From a software engineering standpoint, there are many issues with it that I’m surprised their team hasn’t addressed. Firstly, they have not had any update of substance in the 3 years we’ve been using it. Bug fixes here and there, but no actual feature improvements of any kind, which is odd to me. The second and biggest issue is the server issues they’ve been encountering. In the past year, we’ve experienced 5-6 outages, with three of those being in the last 30 days. This has been a strain on our operations to say the least. A frustrating part of this is the lack of response from Lighthouse, as they never explain what’s causing this issue. As a result, we are switching to a more reliable, modern software with reliable servers and more modern features.

I am unable to select the proper location under the task Daily Activity R1. Though the option to select the proper location works under Activity Log. I also see the proper location on the main screen of Lighthouseio .

Please assist, I am not the only one having this issue.

Lighthouseio is too complicated that you need like a month of training. Too many moving part giving your company more work. You can track employees but its bot 100%. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Lighthouseio is horrible what is the whole point of using this if it’s not going to work 99.9 percent of the time

Lighthouseio is hard on phones. I can’t get it to work properly on a IPhone 8. The pictures will not load.

I’ve used many guard touring apps and this one is the most modern and easy to use. Allows us to set up any kind of form we need and provides a to do list of services outstanding or due. Great app!

I've been very happy with how easy Lighthouse has been to use. There aren't a lot of areas that are confusing and it's been pretty simple to roll out to my team.

Ability to go paperless, can send reports daily and automatically to my customers. Also love how I can track employees and work being complete on time! Great application!

If you’re looking for a cloud based tool for managing your guards and don’t want to worry about installing huge costly platforms look at lighthouse. They are new to the market but closing the gap fast on all competitors such as tracktic. Def give them a look.
