🏷️ About: Evrotrust is a unique mobile app to make your work with e-documents as technically and legally secured, as it is in the paper world. It allows you to remotely identify yourself before banks, telecoms, the state, or just to password-less login to websites.

After 8+ attempts to set up and verify my profile, I'm giving up. App doesn't say why face recognition fails. Nor does it give any info on why my ID document scan or info is not good enough.
On top of that, when on a video call with their customer support for identification by operator (as their face recognition failed to provide a positive result multiple times in a row), then without prior warning nor asking my consent, the support person switched my phone's front camera to back camera saying they need me to show an ID document. The call was recorded, thus a video showing my HOME was recorded. That is an outrageous violation of privacy.
The most basic functionallity is missing from Evrotrust, namely adding your e-sig certificate to your computer to be able to be authenticated on government websites. Not worth your time.
Once registered when you try to log in it pops a message: Server error. Multiple attempts with latest iOS
It takes 100 pictures of your id and ends up saving picture of your fingers... 3 minutes are more like 30 minutes trying to register
Does not recognize ID and there’s nothing you can do. Tried on two different phones, redownloading app, no support, scanned 10+ times.
After many attempts it doesn’t recognize my ID. Very buggy app.
