My family feud live game hasn’t worked at all for me today. It only showed a black screen. I have deleted and reinstalled 3 times to check for updates, and to see if it just needed a reboot. I really enjoy this game and would like to get this issue solved.

I paid $4.99 for the VIP pass because it said that I would get get 12 tickets at time of purchase and I did not receive my free tickets!!! I only paid for the VIP so I could continue to play and then I got cheated out of the tickets I was told I would receive

How to fix Family Feud app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Family Feud app on iPhone
Update Family Feud app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Family Feud iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Family Feud on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Family Feud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Family Feud not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Family Feud App
1. On android, goto Settings » Family Feud » click [Force Stop]

Update Family Feud to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Family Feud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Family Feud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Family Feud.

Fix Family Feud unable to contact server/ Family Feud internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Family Feud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Family Feud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
