Scan not working,not sure if I'm doing it wrong
The app doesn't load past the. Start up screen
The camera function only gives me a grey screen. (Moto G stylus 5G 2023)

On my Kids Motorola x4, app shows gray background when I try to scan QR code or play VR with main camera, but works normally with front camera for masks. Camera on phone is working normally.
The Applaydu app will not sync between devices (iPhone 6s and iPhone 8).
Applaydu is not working, it doesn’t do the things it’s supposed to do like open up to play.
Daughter got a Sven kinder egg today but the qr code on the paper gave her a little girl, she is very disappointed. Can you help?
Colouring section doesn’t work, the crayons don’t pop up anymore
