- Browsing for new shows and content can be challenging

- Drag Race episodes are in a different country and out of order

- Only three seasons of Untucked and they are also out of order and labeled incorrectly

- Difficult to cancel subscription

- Mobile app says to update card on file for subscription on the web, but website is not displaying correctly and cannot find “Settings” as instructed

- Cannot contact customer service person to help

Advertises drag race UK season 4 but only has 3 seasons available?? And where is canadas drag race season 4? Paying for this subscription and for the past month has not had my shows available, can i get a credit and an answer where these shows are please? Thanks.

I'm having trouble with both WOW Presents Plus website and also stream TV. I can access the website, but there are problems with it loading and login, and the streaming TV doesn't work at all. The Wow opening page appears, but none of the programming shows up and I get a prompt to try again, to no avail.
