I downloaded this app to watch drag race hoping to catch a few episodes like the description showed. But the only Drag Race “episodes” were in a different country and didn’t even have the correctly labeled episodes. They were all out of order and only had one season which isn’t the latest one. Also there were only three seasons of Untucked and they were also out of order and labeled incorrectly. Then I go to cancel my subscription and the app makes it impossible to do. First I had to try and cancel through the app, then the app takes me to the website, then the website takes me to the home page with no options to manage my subscription. Finally I clicked the help button which took me to get ANOTHER link and then to the Apple store and THEN to the settings in the Apple store app. And FINALLY took me to where I can manage all of my current subscriptions. Overall this is a terrible app and a waste of time.

I just need to update the card on file for my subscription. The mobile app says to do this on the web. The website is junk! Not displaying correctly and cannot find “Settings” as instructed. So after several attempts, I wanted to get to a customer service person to help me and you can’t! “Contact Support” on the mobile app just takes you to some help files. There is no contact support on the web. So, as a last resort, I tried the 800# from my bank account stmt…nope! Can’t get help there either. I guess they don’t want renewals or account changes to be easy. Customer Service would be rated NEGATIVE if I could. Very frustrating!!!

I used to be subscribed months ago without any issues, but I had to unsubscribe because I couldn’t afford to be paying for it anymore. Well, recently I got a job and I decided I wanted to resubscribe. But it has been incredibly difficult to do so for some reason. In the app all it said when I went to manage subscription was to visit my account settings on the web. So I tried to do just that, but for some reason my card kept declining, even though I knew I had enough funds and I double checked that I entered my card information correctly. I contacted my bank and confirmed it wasn’t an issue on their end. After much frustration and several email exchanges later, I finally managed to figure out how to subscribe again. But now I still can’t access the content that I paid for. When I go to play an episode it just won’t play. It’s as if I still wasn’t subscribed. At this point I would rather just unsubscribe again and never use this service again. There’s a lot of potential but my experience so far has been terrible, hence the two star rating.
