WOW Presents Plus Reviews

I had WOWPresentsPlus for a couple years now. I have it on both my phone and on my tv. I’ve never had any issues with connectivity or disconnectivity. They have all the foreign drag race which is honestly kind of better than the US version. I highly recommend DR Holland because Fred is amazing and you can tell he loves what he does. The host/s of DR España and Thailand are wonderful as well. UK and Canada the casts are on point. I mean mostly all the casts are amazing on all versions of drag race. Also I love the wow present + shows. They feature a lot of the queens. I love Priyanka’s show, rock m sacura, the uk queens shows, and drag tots. They definitely are putting out more content faster but the quality of the content is still there. I highly recommend for the price!

I used to be subscribed months ago without any issues, but I had to unsubscribe because I couldn’t afford to be paying for it anymore. Well, recently I got a job and I decided I wanted to resubscribe. But it has been incredibly difficult to do so for some reason. In WOWPresentsPlus all it said when I went to manage subscription was to visit my account settings on the web. So I tried to do just that, but for some reason my card kept declining, even though I knew I had enough funds and I double checked that I entered my card information correctly. I contacted my bank and confirmed it wasn’t an issue on their end. After much frustration and several email exchanges later, I finally managed to figure out how to subscribe again. But now I still can’t access the content that I paid for. When I go to play an episode it just won’t play. It’s as if I still wasn’t subscribed. At this point I would rather just unsubscribe again and never use this service again. There’s a lot of potential but my experience so far has been terrible, hence the two star rating.

This streaming service has it all..!!!! The best is RuPauls Drag Race from across the world..!!! For only 4$ you can’t beat that. Just an FYI RPDR USA DOES NOT STREAM ON HERE!!! It’s is because they are contacted with VH1 so till that contract is up they cannot put it on here. But it has all the former drag queens shows from fashion photo ruviews which highlight all the runway looks com all the over sea’s RPDR shows to Trixi&Katya’s UGGGGHHHHH show, documentaries from the LGBQAI+ community Plus many many more. It’s so worth it!!! It never force closes, bogs out or does any lagging they did a really good job with WOWPresentsPlus. It’s also very easy to navigate. With all the current/top shows at easy access on the main screen. If you haven’t gotten it DO SO💗💗🌈🌈

Great app great content. The shows are very different and fit a lot of different personalities. It’s all In very high quality audio and videos. My one problem with it is in a sense adjust to a more perfect app. Browsing for news shows and content can be challenging as in hard to find it’s still a newish app so I believe those visual navigations inside WOWPresentsPlus with change to more efficient layout.
If you were thinking about getting it I’d try it for a month and if you don’t like it cancel the subscription, but I truly believe there’s content for all personalities.

I downloaded WOWPresentsPlus to watch drag race hoping to catch a few episodes like the description showed. But the only Drag Race “episodes” were in a different country and didn’t even have the correctly labeled episodes. They were all out of order and only had one season which isn’t the latest one. Also there were only three seasons of Untucked and they were also out of order and labeled incorrectly. Then I go to cancel my subscription and WOWPresentsPlus makes it impossible to do. First I had to try and cancel through WOWPresentsPlus , then WOWPresentsPlus takes me to the website, then the website takes me to the home page with no options to manage my subscription. Finally I clicked the help button which took me to get ANOTHER link and then to the Apple store and THEN to the settings in the Apple store app. And FINALLY took me to where I can manage all of my current subscriptions. Overall this is a terrible app and a waste of time.

WOW Presents Plus has great value for the content. Lots of short series about the queens, much like what you can see onYouTube, here it’s ad free of course and sometimes (but NOT always) the profanity flows unbleeped. I love Shuga’s cake decorating show—she is a star and they actually give you real baking advice on there. I’m in the US, which means I don’t get any seasons of regular or All-Stars RPDR, but I do get DR Thailand, The Switch, and the other international spin-offs. Be aware that content will vary by region. For what I pay, the Drag Race girl series make it worth it. Complaints are minor: it’s slightly cumbersome to reverse and FF and entering full-screen mode.

Love everything I watch on here!!! More than occasionally run into problems watching it though. :/ On my phone I have issues with continuation, it will never load properly from one episode to the next and such. On my tv the menu opening image freezes and then a secondary menu moves with my clicks underneath it......so I just have to keep clicking blindly until I get to what I want. But the content is worth it haha it hasn’t bothered me anywhere near enough to stop watching. Just kinda feels like they went to the dollar store for software. But I’ll follow my queens through the storm!

WOWPresentsPlus is great, however it’s getting a 4 star because the search aspect is funky in a way that you have to be almost completely accurate at spelling the word. For example the show UNHhhh needs to be spelled just like that, and I don’t know about you but spelling a sound is pretty hard. On the other hand as Trixie and Katya say “If you couldn’t find this show, you didn’t wanna watch it bad enough.” On a completely unrelated note WOWPresentsPlus is very fairly priced, awesome app to use! Could possibly think of putting the Untucked’s from seasons 1-6, 10-12 & All Stars 1-4. Kinda dumb that untucked from seasons 7-9 are on there but all the other seasons aren’t.

Love WOWPresentsPlus! UNhhh should always be watched uncensored so it’s great that they have it here! All the documentaries are awesome too I love watching the old WOW stuff there’s so much random niche history documented here you’ll never find anywhere else. International drag race is also available, which is the best thing about it! Will continue to subscribe for amazing content! The kinks of the user friendliness are still being worked out, but I appreciate all the work they have put in to make good quality streaming and updates to the functionality of WOWPresentsPlus and website. 😊😊

Love this application, the price, the many shows! It includes all of rupauls international drag race (Thailand, Canada, Holland, España, and Australia). You support the amazing drag of all these beautiful queens as much as supporting a great inclusive production.
Unfixed issue: I noticed that WOWPresentsPlus is faulty was that when I tried to switch the language for subtitles in España , it would not work through my phone. Subtitles only show if I connect through laptop when connecting with my tv.

For a streaming app, it works fine, but one thing that throws me is the closed captions. For the English speaking seasons of Drag Race, so many of the closed captions are so off. They seem to be written by people that don’t know any drag slang and also don’t know what the contestants or RuPaul himself are saying half the time, even though I can tell what they’re saying despite the incorrect captions. I feel bad for those with a hearing impairment cause they’re not really always getting the slang and the jokes and humor cause it’s being butchered by the captions

I have had WOWPresentsPlus for a long time and I love Drag Race so I don’t want to delete WOWPresentsPlus . I’m just really hoping it will improve. I like to watch Drag Race with my roommates so I cast it to the smart tv. That worked for season 2 of UK. But I couldn’t watch España or Holland because the subtitles wouldn’t work on the tv. Recently, I’ve been trying to watch UK season 3 but it will not play on the tv. It shows up but just loads forever. I’ve contacted app support and they have only sent me troubleshooting advice, none of which have worked.

So, WOWPresentsPlus works fine if you don’t want to connect to your tv but that is a functionality that really needs to be fixed…

Decent user interface. Wish things were more fluid in motion. You’d think for an app that literally only has drag content on it that they’d be more fluid and smooth. On top of that, I wish the skip buttons were for episodes and the double tap on the screen was for 10 second intervals. I can’t handle second hand embarrassment. Content is fantastic, and over all WOWPresentsPlus is really good but I would change a couple things ya know? Also make drag race available to US on WOWPresentsPlus we’re paying for it already.

I just need to update the card on file for my subscription. The mobile app says to do this on the web. The website is junk! Not displaying correctly and cannot find “Settings” as instructed. So after several attempts, I wanted to get to a customer service person to help me and you can’t! “Contact Support” on the mobile app just takes you to some help files. There is no contact support on the web. So, as a last resort, I tried the 800# from my bank account stmt…nope! Can’t get help there either. I guess they don’t want renewals or account changes to be easy. Customer Service would be rated NEGATIVE if I could. Very frustrating!!!

It’s only 3.99 for a subscription which is way cheaper than any other watching subscription I’ve ever used, every show I was looking for was on there. Only critique is that it’s kind of hard to resume a show, and allow the episodes to keep playing. Once you hit resume, it plays the rest of that episode and replays that same episode until you go back through the episodes and find the episode you were on and watch them that way. Minor inconvenience, other than that it’s great!

Overall WOWPresentsPlus I am 100% is being carried on uhnnnnn with Trixie and Katya. However there is a lot of other good content but they just aren’t making anymore. They need to amp up some production. Also I think because it’s 2019 and the younger generation doesn't really have cable anymore, they just offer a package where you can watch Rupauls Drag Race on here. I mean overall I think there’s a lot of stuff that can be done for WOWPresentsPlus as far as business goes that could make a lot of money and peak every member of the LGBTQ+ to buy it.

We have really enjoyed watching the international versions of Drag Race and their spin-offs. So far we have seen 2 seasons of Britain, one season of Canada, Holland, Philippines, Down Under and currently watching Spain’s season first season. English subtitles are available for non-English speaking locales. I only have three issues, a little hard to navigate around app, could see English subtitles only on iPad and iPhone but not on Samsung TV screen when I use AirPlay and also wish All Stars was on WOW instead of only on Paramount+.

Been a fan of drag for a long time. I’ve done drag. I live for it. Love ALL queens. Just wish their was more content. It would be great to do more things with the queens. Such as comedy things. Why can’t we watch Bianca and other comedy queens do guest spots. But I guess a lot of kids watch this or have access. Maybe have an adult section where you can post full length shows unedited. I feel like it would generate more traffic and more money.

I just downloaded WOWPresents plus to watch Drag Race in all of the countries it has aired. To my surprise, it has TONS of amazing content, all LGBTQIA and tons of Drag shows other than Drag Race. I already watched 2 documentaries and most of Trixie and Katya shows. I think I am only going to have time to watch stuff on here because there Are so many great things to watch. I highly recommend this service💗🏳️‍🌈💗

Love the content on Wow presents plus and for such a cheap price too. I really wish they can add RPDR but dumb company rights get in the way of that. But I will say the interface needs an upgrade. Everything just seems like such an outdated style I know they can come up with something better. Also adding a 10-15 sec playback button or double tap would be amazing!!
Overall none of it is bad enough to not support such an amazing company and queens through this

Just as the title says. Was working GREAT up until today (3/9/18) when I go to use it. It won’t let me sign in even when I click the email which sends me to my browser. When I click the link in my browser, it opens WOWPresentsPlus , but I’m not signed in, and I have to keep doing this loop of sending myself a login email. I’m subscribed and everything lol. What a joke.
