Close and restart the CamWow app on iPhone
Update CamWow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CamWow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CamWow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CamWow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CamWow app issues:

Force Stop the CamWow App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CamWow app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CamWow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CamWow App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CamWow app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CamWow.

Fix CamWow unable to contact server/ CamWow internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CamWow » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CamWow » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CamWow on android.
