I have to double check every day to see if it registers me clocking in and out. Having to put notes in to my supervisor all the time about it not working. My coworkers have the same issues. We have been told recently because of all the issues this week to try deleting OpenTimeClock and reinstalling to see if this helps. Sure hope it does

I clock in and out every day with OpenTimeClock. I clocked in this morning, ran the update that showed up this afternoon, and now it’s nonfunctional.
I can log in, but no buttons respond.
And I still don’t know why it’s always given me a warning about something in /var on every login.
Please fix so I don’t have to use the website.

I have to use this application to clock in for work. I have to monitor hours closely. The most recent update removed all of those capabilities. Very inconvenient. Hoping it’s more of a technology slip up and it’s being fixed. If not, that capability needs to be brought back.

I loved OpenTimeClock but a recent update took away features such as the overview, accessing time from other periods and the notes. This reduced a huge amount of function and ability. Please fix this and return all the features.

Gets stuck on loading when you clock in/out with the pin clock often

Please fix OpenTimeClock! I have to use it to log my hours and the update takes away my ability to see my hours and adjust my schedule to stay within my assigned hours.

If you’re not on WiFi (at least for me) it takes forever to load! I was “late” for work cause of OpenTimeClock!

Latest update lost feature to see hours worked. Now it’s only good for strictly clocking in/out. Can’t see hours. Worthless.

I logged in and that’s as far as it would let me go. There was no way to add staff, did the online chat for help and got the run around. No real help.

I am using OpenTimeClock. But recently you made some updates in OpenTimeClock. After that i can’t see overview of my working hours. Please try to fix it

I’m not sure why they thought changing to the ugly obnoxious lettering for the design of OpenTimeClock was a good idea but it looks really bad.

Absolutely abysmal, idk how this made it past App Store review process.

Can no longer see ours no gooooood!

I’m a high school student and I leave early to go work. I have to use this when I leave school and it’s not even allowing me to create a username and password. I can’t even make a login

A lot of these reviews say it doesn’t always record clock ins or outs, but we have found that if you click clock in you must wait for the green checkmark to appear and then disappear. That means it’s done, if you close OpenTimeClock before this has a chance to finish it might not record the time.
