After speaking with your health care provider about Movn Rehab, you'll receive an e-mail invitation to participate as well as a text message with a temporary PIN code, which you'll need to register. After receiving your invitation, getting started with Movn Rehab is simple, involving only a few quick steps: 1) Download and install Movn Rehab from the App Store 2) Enter the email address where you received the invitation 3) Enter your authorization code And that's it! From that point forward, you can see the goals for your customized exercise plan, log your activity for your physician visits, learn more about your condition, communicate directly with your health care provider, and more! This app integrates with Apple HealthKit to provide seamless recording for steps, blood pressure, and weight readings. It also integrates with other activity trackers, such as those from Fitbit and Garmin.
