How to fix RAM Toolbox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RAM Toolbox app on iPhone
Update RAM Toolbox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RAM Toolbox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RAM Toolbox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RAM Toolbox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RAM Toolbox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RAM Toolbox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RAM Toolbox App
1. On android, goto Settings » RAM Toolbox » click [Force Stop]

Update RAM Toolbox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RAM Toolbox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RAM Toolbox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RAM Toolbox.

Fix RAM Toolbox unable to contact server/ RAM Toolbox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RAM Toolbox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RAM Toolbox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RAM Toolbox
