I'd hoped at least one app by FCA would work properly. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. Just like the UConnect app, I can't sign in. I'm definitely running the most recent version...I literally just deleted and reinstalled. I CAN login on the Mopar site. I CAN remote start, lock or unlock on the site. But neither this app nor the other allow my active, operational, verified account to login. While I love my truck, the development team of these apps needs a refresh because it shouldn't take a major auto company months to fix phone app problems.

There is good info in this app. I used to find information about my truck that was not in the manual. However, it’s slow, unresponsive and I woke up this morning to find a notice that my truck has recall information available but I can’t access the app because it signs you out all the time and now isn’t recognizing my password. I requested to reset my password, got the email and when I click on the link...it does nothing. Good info in the app but good luck accessing it. Hopefully my truck doesn’t explode before I can access the recall information.

I entered correct information and I can look at recall work that has been done. I want to look at records history and it says not your truck, call this number. I called these confused people and wound up getting an Asian speaking agent trying to sell me SiriusXM radio to make it work. Wrong answer! Ram is an app on my iPhone. My truck radio is very basic. No touch screen or app capable so I couldn’t run Ram app there if I wanted to. My vin matches my registration and all other docs. What a piece of work! Why can’t I look at my truck history?
