Summary of Superfy Problems 🔥

- Perfect app for adult sexual predators requesting and asking children as young as 9 years old for sexual favors and personal information.

- 80% of the questions are a waste of time.

- Promotes violence, bullying, mocking each other, and open the doors to sexting.

- Users can report those being rude or with inappropriate advances, however, all the administration does is to “warn” the accounts and let them go on.

- Not a real, effective way to protect minors.

- Accounts can be blocked for “sending in the same questions”.

i have tried multiple times and i have restarted my phone but if i have talked to someone a lot and i try to open the chat again the whole app crashes and wont let me see what they said back (text them again)

How to fix Superfy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Superfy app on iPhone
Update Superfy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Superfy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Superfy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Superfy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Superfy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Superfy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Superfy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Superfy » click [Force Stop]

Update Superfy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Superfy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Superfy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Superfy.

Fix Superfy unable to contact server/ Superfy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Superfy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Superfy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Superfy
