When I open the app on my iPad it just shows a white screen. This happens often. Everytime this happens I close the app and try again but it doesn’t usually help.

upGrad iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix upGrad app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the upGrad app on iPhone
Update upGrad app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall upGrad iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix upGrad on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve upGrad network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

upGrad Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix upGrad not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the upGrad App
1. On android, goto Settings » upGrad » click [Force Stop]

Update upGrad to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear upGrad App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » upGrad » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart upGrad.

Fix upGrad unable to contact server/ upGrad internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click upGrad » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto upGrad » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch upGrad
