I’ve recently been given a WearFit 4 band which works on its own, but the app WearFit 2.0 keeps crashing out of WiFi. It will connect fine. Just follow these steps. Most people issue is they put blue on then PAIR the device. UNPAIR. That's your issue. Now open app goto connection Management and connect band. DONE!!!!! Wait for a little and its ALL ok. So in phone settings....turn bluetooth on click on MAFT and unpair!!!!!!! Now open app and connect now. See it's all good. The reason people having problems is they keep pairing in phone settings...DONT... only connect band through app. UNPAIR on phone settings. Hope this helps.

My Wearfit 2.0 worked good for three days then would not measure data even in the manual mode. I tried refreshing, rebinding and removing and reinstalling the app but did not correct. Wearfit 2.0

The watch works on its own but it does not communicate with the app. The app was downloaded twice, and I turned my phone off and turned it back on again, and it crashes in 5 seconds. As soon as the app is opened it crashes. Please fix it. I have tried removing approximately 10 other apps from my phone just to give it more memory/space...that did not work. It crashed anyway. So I tried downloading the previous wear-fit app. That one does not crash on my phone but it will not bind to my phone. It cannot connect to it. So I am left with a watch that does not have an app to use with it. My phone is an iPhone 6S +. My IOS is 13.3 and it is up to date. Please fix the app so that I might use it. If you can’t fix this app then please have the previous version, Wearfit, (the white and green one that has the green heart with the white person inside with outstretched arms), recognize my phone and watch because that one does not crash on my phone. I can see all the pages and things it does. It just doesn’t recognize the F8 watch, which is the watch I have.

Needs Serious Improvement

WearFit and WearFit 2.0 need serious improvements, and the UI/UX for both are very, very poorly designed. WearFit Pro's design and features are considerably better than the other versions of the app, but the app will not pair with my watch. This is inexcusable, as the developer should ensure that all the watches that paired with the initial app can also pair with newer versions - or update the various versions to ensure similar functionality and improve user experience. All of the WearFit apps fail to function as advertised to varying degrees, and sometimes completely and repeatedly fail. The developer doesn't resolve issues in a timely manner or in a significant way. This is the worst performaning app on any of my devices by far!

ALRIGHT BUT APP DOES NOT WORK

I received this after taking part in a Moderna Vaccine survey, this was my free gift. The “watch” seems to do good: keeps time, steps, distance, measures heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, a variety of things (not really sure how accurate the reading are). My problem is the app doesn’t work most of the time. You press the app icon and it shows to be loading the app then just kicks you out. The app stops running and puts you back to your phones main screen. What’s the point of app if you can’t even look at the readings or even get into the app. I personally would not buy this product but it’s an alright free gift. Would be a lot lot better if the app would just work.
