How to fix BilitKar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BilitKar app on iPhone
Update BilitKar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BilitKar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BilitKar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BilitKar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BilitKar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BilitKar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BilitKar App
1. On android, goto Settings » BilitKar » click [Force Stop]

Update BilitKar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BilitKar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BilitKar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BilitKar.

Fix BilitKar unable to contact server/ BilitKar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BilitKar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BilitKar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
