I would love to love SherwinWilliamsPRO but it won’t let me log in using my correct password on my iPhone. I have reset the password many times and tried logging in on a different device and logged in fine, but it still says the password is wrong on my main device despite typing the same password. Gave up and created a brand new account with the same password and it says the password is incorrect when I log into the new account as well. I give up.

I’m being generous with 1 star. I ordered from SherwinWilliamsPRO a lot. I’ve used it for well over a year. The last 4 months it wont let me check out. It says I need to fill in the PO Box. I keep putting the customers name in and it still says I can’t leave the box blank. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times and the last time they told me they would get back to me. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from them. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled SherwinWilliamsPRO 3 times and it still wont work. I’ve also made sure my iPhone is updated. With the price increases and the surcharge it may be time to take my business elsewhere.

I assumed I would have access, quickly, to those items that I order frequently, not what everyone orders. I had hoped for a quick way to open SherwinWilliamsPRO , place orders based on recent or open jobs, and arrange delivery. This gives me a way to check my balance, I guess that’s handy, but otherwise I just call my rep, he knows what I like, and he arranges delivery. Your staff is exceptional, all of them, but SherwinWilliamsPRO seems like it’s more of a concept than a working tool.

The quoting tool was a miracle !! Shaved hours off my quote time BUT …. Something happened now it’s a nightmare I’ve had to go back to pen and paper I’ve called tech support numerous times my Sherwin Williams rep has called numerous times I’ve deleted SherwinWilliamsPRO and re uploaded it at least a half dozen times I’ve made so many new passwords i have lost count one of the few times I’ve actually been able to log into my account to use the quote tool I got a call from my client suggesting that I take a look at what I sent him and it was in total disarray pictures not where they were put numbers in the wrong spot it was very embarrassing tech support tells me the same thing over and over that they don’t see any problems on their end I’ve even tried multiple computers thinking it was just mine !! Am I the only one that’s having issues with the SW pro app ?

Billing system terrible not expect that color to be the same in natural light and reality. Terrible at: Making project list Staying logged in Saving list Finding and syncing pro account Real time ordering and eta for products Actual colors Color bar codes to be accessible at store to be scanned on arrival. (Home depot does that from pictures of the formula sticker, c'mon guys keep up) Complete project list to emailed and/or shared Look, people make apps to say they have an app. We need an app that links our accounts to our stores and our phone. Being able to make a project list of material and sundries, sending it to the store, and confirming order is ready to be delivered or picked up would be priceless. With multiple jobs and clients need met on the fly SherwinWilliamsPRO could, could be a game changer. Instead its not. It does nothing but waste space. What I've suggested are normal general expectations in today's world. I hope you consider making SherwinWilliamsPRO useable not just a notch in your belt.

Easy to use EXCEPT for making privacy choices. There are no easy ways to access your privacy choices! SherwinWilliamsPRO basically takes you to pages and pages of legal mumbo-jumbo where there are no buttons to disable cookies, tracking, and do-not-sell options. Instead , it has endless links to more legal jargon. Most other major apps allow you to easily make privacy choices.

Also, SherwinWilliamsPRO doesn’t allow for you to change the date on your payment, for those who would like to set a date in the future. Your ONLY option is to pay now. If you are unable to pay now or simply inconvenienced, you will have to remember to come back and pay your bill before the due date! That’s a hard thing for business owners who can easily have more than 40 or even 50 monthly and quarterly bills to pay! Every other online billing system or app has a way to future date your payment for convenience.

SherwinWilliamsPRO is obviously a work in progress.

Love the website, love the option to order & pick up & delivery.
SherwinWilliamsPRO doesn’t stay connected to what I do on the website, have an order in the cart on the website but don’t want to order it yet & if I open up my app it isn’t updated with the new items. I’ve been on the go & need to order off SherwinWilliamsPRO & have to find all the items again 😒
Also didn’t have the option for delivery off SherwinWilliamsPRO which I prefer most of the time but can’t get on my computer because of being in the car on the way to the worksite.
Not sure if I’m not seeing things right or not but it would be nice if SherwinWilliamsPRO is like the website.

I’m digging SherwinWilliamsPRO so far, but just ran into a couple of things that could be improved. First, I couldn’t figure out how to place a standing order for an out-of-stock item to be purchased whenever it gets restocked. Second, I couldn’t figure out how to search for an item wherever it might be in stock; I had to check inventories store-by-store. It’s possible these features exist and I just don’t know how to use them.

I am new to SherwinWilliamsPRO it is not very friendly it’s very hard to find supplies and It only shows a few supplies I am a contractor with you guys it would make it easier for us if we can order supplies off SherwinWilliamsPRO and it shows all your supplies and it is really hard to look at all my invoices and when I do find it after a long time of playing with it when a invoice is paid it should say paid in fall or something and it should give you the opportunity to pay all your accounts at once and if you can do this then like I said it is not very friendly still needs a lot of tweaking and the part that says something about invoices I’m still confused with that is that set up as I can use to give a customer an invoice thanks for everything you guys are doing

SherwinWilliamsPRO is very convenient. Sherwin Williams does a great job having your order ready and sending alerts to let you know they received your order and when it’s ready. However, since SherwinWilliamsPRO keeps you logged in, it requires you to re-enter your password when you check out for security reasons. If you forget your password, there is no way to reset it on the fly so you can place your order. It should be much easier to reset your password.

I’m glad that ability to access invoices from app has been added. It’s great to have receipts so accessible via phone. There are still items
sold in my store that are not listed in SherwinWilliamsPRO and even with the assistance of the store manager we were unable to add them to an order via SherwinWilliamsPRO .

I love SherwinWilliamsPRO being able to look up products and colors that I have used has been very helpful also being forgetful like I am being able to look at orders I’ve made and have picked up and also being able to make orders after hours helps my mornings be more productive there’s a few things I can nitpick about SherwinWilliamsPRO but so far so good overall!

Chris and crew have served me unbelievably for 25 years now. They solve simple problems and very complex painting projects for me. And they always work their tails off to get large and small orders ready very quickly. SW products and the staff at this store are all rated a 10! If you want experts this is the store for you. Most employed there have been there for 20 years. Thank you SW west!

Running a construction business is not easy, and when things get complicated you know you are able to count on Sherwin William to deliver for you. Example, painter ran short on paint, with just a couple of clicks, order is ready in 2 hrs for pick up to anyones conveniences or delivery.

Todd Doyle is the most experience, knowledgeable rep I have had the good fortune to deal with. I highly recommend him to all contractors as he has increased the amount of money I make and helped me by saving me money and my time with his recommendations. He was so patient helping me with this online ordering system.

SherwinWilliamsPRO is a lot easier to use than the computer webpage. There’s been times I thought I placed an order online only to find I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to press submit. On my phone it took me half the amount of time to place the order.

App was very user friendly and this being my first time using it the managers at the petal store were incredible to work with. Shannon and Jeremy have been lifesavers to my company and a very large part of the reason I buy exclusively through Sherwin Williams. They both have been highly knowledgeable and beyond helpful to me as I am new to this industry.

I’m not a tech guy but SherwinWilliamsPRO was so easy to use. It made ordering a custom mixed color from a few years back a breeze. I just typed in the product name, because it was one we don’t use very often, and found it in a matter of seconds, clicked re-order and checked out. All from the job site!

I’m a huge fan of the staff at the Belfast Maine Store. They are always friendly and very very helpful! I have several custom colors in both paints and stains and they really go that extra mile to make a perfect match! Over this past year while building a new home I have come to depend on their expertise in all things paint and their store has become my favorite store in town!

It helps me see what’s in stock before I buy something, I use SherwinWilliamsPRO all the time and also I do all my payments through here, check my balance, look for all the locations near my jobs, it really is another great “tool” for my business.
I like too that if I don’t want to charge anything to my account I can pay it here.

Can’t say anything bad so far. Would be cool if you could transfer color information from the ColorSnap App. Would also be cool if the ColorSnap App could provide the needed information to create a custom color and even better if that could be named and transferred to SherwinWilliamsPRO to order it. No need to pull a sample. :)

Love SherwinWilliamsPRO ! Everything at your finger tips. I did have one problem when I changed phones and restored from iCloud backup SherwinWilliamsPRO would let me login. The fix for me was to delete and reinstall SherwinWilliamsPRO

This is a good foundation- not the midst user friendly and not the easiest to navigate. It seems to only work when I’m on a work-if network which unfortunately when I’m in the files I don’t have access to. Not sure why it is but is only with SherwinWilliamsPRO.

SherwinWilliamsPRO saves us so much time because we no longer have to wait to get paint mixed. Another benefit is that we have previous orders at our fingertips and can reorder even easier.
