Every time I go to export my project is immediately crashes after I press export. I’ve been trying everything I’ve seen online for about 3 hours. I paid for pro, it was working better without it.

Every time I try to edit my current project, The program will freeze and then say its not responding and close. I Have an MSI Creator Laptop with ani9, NVIDIA Graphics card, and plenty of storage and RAM. I'm not sure why it keeps crashing! This is so frustration to make a few edits or cchanges to a project only for it to say its not responding when I try to keep working! Simple projects are turning into days! Please Help!

App is not working on either phone or laptop. On phone I go to export and the app closes immediately after I click “export” On laptop I wasted 2.5 hours while it rendered, only to get an “error” message trying to upload it to YouTube- and it completely starts everything over!! The video is only 36 minutes. This shouldn’t be happening, help!
