The app has repeatedly stopped working in recent weeks. I am unaware that this has happened until I notice on the phone, so sometimes it's been not operating for hours. I use a Samsung galaxy S10+.

I cannot sign in to MCL heart app. When I change password and try to sign in it keeps returning to the beginning page and will not allow me to sign in

I can’t login using password given to me by Medtronic Tech. It will not accept when trying to verify email. And there is no choice forgot password.


Common dislikes about MyCareLink Heart app

- Feels like it’s made for iOS 3 and it’s very insecure

- Passwords can only contain numbers and alphabet characters, no special characters

- Does not recognize password manager input

- Passwords are displayed in clear text in the app or on the website

- Does not reliably connect to the internet

- Doctors are resisting the addition of a feature that would allow patients to view their own data
