How can I identify which mobile phones will support the meditronic carelink heart app?
After submitting Device Serial Number which eventually continues to Pairing get Code 625.
The app has repeatedly stopped working in recent weeks. I am unaware that this has happened until I notice on the phone, so sometimes it's been not operating for hours. I use a Samsung galaxy S10+.
I cannot sign in to MCL heart app. When I change password and try to sign in it keeps returning to the beginning page and will not allow me to sign in
I can’t login using password given to me by Medtronic Tech. It will not accept when trying to verify email. And there is no choice forgot password.
