- Lots of bugs and very hard to navigate the app

- Unable to play content “from the ground up”

- Fails to play from the appleTV app

- Too many issues with this app - both on AppleTV (4K) and the iPad app

- Only about 1 in 3 films I’ve gone to watch actually works

To resolve Outside TV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Outside TV App
1. On android, goto Settings » Outside TV » click [Force Stop]

Clear Outside TV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Outside TV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Outside TV.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Outside TV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Outside TV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Outside TV
