Very frustrated.

Lots of bugs and very hard to navigate the app Very frustrated. I paid for subscription but unable to play content “from the ground up”. It fails to play from the appleTV app. All my other apps work fine. I have tried multiple times and reset everything multiple times. I also tried to use airplay to stream it to Apple TV from the app on my my iPhone. However as soon as my iPhone screen turns off (after 30 secs) it stops playing. Very frustrating. It I can’t watch the content I want they I might as well cancel the sub. That’s a real shame as the content looks like it could be great if only I could watch it.

Even the option to send feedback email in the app does not work.

There are too many issues with this app - both on AppleTV (4K) and the iPad app to recommend. Both these devices are less than six months old, so it’s not like it’s old hardware. I’ll be canceling after one month.

First issue - I subscribed to be able to watch movies. Only about 1 in 3 films I’ve gone to watch actually works. The rest get an error saying they can’t load, or on the iPad app, they just result in a blank screen. Same movie. Different platforms. Same issue.

Second issue - you can’t hit pause on the series or movies. For real. Actually, to be more specific, you *can* hit pause, but you can’t *unpause*. Your only choice then is to exit out of the film entirely.

After paying for the subscription it’s like pulling teeth to be recognized as a subscriber so you can access full length of the films rather than just the previews. Also, if you have different types of devices say a google-fi phone, apple tablet and windows laptop, it will not recognize your account, not even allow you to login without paying for a subscription again. It doesn’t recognize series you’ve started watching, so you have to look them up each time. There are some great cinematography work on here. It’s just not user friendly enough to keep paying for it.
