Lots of bugs and very hard to navigate OutsideWatch Very frustrated. I paid for subscription but unable to play content “from the ground up”. It fails to play from the appleTV app. All my other apps work fine. I have tried multiple times and reset everything multiple times. I also tried to use airplay to stream it to Apple TV from OutsideWatch on my my iPhone. However as soon as my iPhone screen turns off (after 30 secs) it stops playing. Very frustrating. It I can’t watch the content I want they I might as well cancel the sub. That’s a real shame as the content looks like it could be great if only I could watch it.

Even the option to send feedback email in OutsideWatch does not work.

There are too many issues with OutsideWatch - both on AppleTV (4K) and the iPad app to recommend. Both these devices are less than six months old, so it’s not like it’s old hardware. I’ll be canceling after one month.

First issue - I subscribed to be able to watch movies. Only about 1 in 3 films I’ve gone to watch actually works. The rest get an error saying they can’t load, or on the iPad app, they just result in a blank screen. Same movie. Different platforms. Same issue.

Second issue - you can’t hit pause on the series or movies. For real. Actually, to be more specific, you *can* hit pause, but you can’t *unpause*. Your only choice then is to exit out of the film entirely.

After paying for the subscription it’s like pulling teeth to be recognized as a subscriber so you can access full length of the films rather than just the previews. Also, if you have different types of devices say a google-fi phone, apple tablet and windows laptop, it will not recognize your account, not even allow you to login without paying for a subscription again. It doesn’t recognize series you’ve started watching, so you have to look them up each time. There are some great cinematography work on here. It’s just not user friendly enough to keep paying for it.

Outside content and ecosystem is great, and the reason I’m here. But OutsideWatch itself is rather unfriendly. There are no features like “continue watching” for a series I’m interested in. Playing the same episode doesn’t even resume where I left off. The kicker was Outside TV... somehow, clicking into that tab removes all controls and doesn’t bring them back with any gestures, so the only way to stop is to force quit.

Love the idea and intention but the execution needs a lot of work to make this enjoyable.

It works okay on a mobile device but it appears to not play well with my laptop. No response from customer service, technical support, or anyone after multiple attempts and several days to resolve an ongoing streaming issue from my laptop. Not even an automated reply kindly stating that the response time may be delayed due to an overwhelming issue with their platform being very disappointing.

I’ve been trying to reach out to OutsideTV via multiple avenues regarding a problem but have so far received no response. After about 30 minutes of watching any program, OutsideWatch crashes my Roku to the point that I have to turn off the TV and unplug the Roku. I’ve attempted to reach someone on social media, app support, etc and get no response. Probably have no choice but to cancel my subscription.

Most apps nowadays are free and most are very good. So If I decide to pay extra on a monthly basis for your upgrade I do NOT expect to see commercials, and dont wish to be interrupted literally every three minutes with your request for reviews, and likes, and again commercials.

Not all of us have an attention span of a mosquito. And I think most of us hate commercials. If We are willing to pay extra for your programming don’t show me another commercial

Far too many bugs in OutsideWatch (installed on Apple TV) and very difficult to navigate content. Screen tends to go fully black often while audio continues normally. Hard to reverse this. Many essential features need to be enhanced for a better overall user experience.

After downloading app realized it was a very simple, yet somewhat clunky app to navigate content. A lot of the content I had already scene and found thru two other app providers which left very little original programming to watch. OutsideWatch could use a new face lift and some updates.

So much great content, but hard to navigate. Would LOVE if I was able to add movies/videos to a watchlist, because it’s not easy to find them again, especially if you can’t remember the title.

Please add a “forgot password” button to the log in/I already have an account page.

I don’t want content live this on my phone. Please add the option to stream to Google ChromeCast. The stream to Apple TV seams like the old controls. Connecting can be spotty and the stream stutters. I have a fast home connection. Fiber with 300 up and down. This should play smooth. Please fix it.

Love OutsideWatch . Super smooth and easy to use. Constantly being updated with great new content. Even worth the premium subscription .

You will continue to get charged repeatedly. No response from app support. $4.99 will continue to get charged to your card. After 3 months I am now having to cancel my credit card because I can not get Outside to stop charging me.

So many other ways to get great outdoor content without having to worry about repeat charges.

This is a great adventure app that lets me check out my favorite activities like surfing, skateboarding, BMX, Motocross, and more! It definitely motivates me to get out there and try new things.

Love watching the gravel races from start to finish instead of seeing a 20 minute blurb thank you

Wish I had discovered this channel earlier! Outstanding content and presentation, thanks for being there.

I actually like the channel but one of my big reasons in getting it was this documentary. There are only two 10 minute episodes and none have been added since it started. Probably shouldn’t have used that as the advertising piece.

Punched up is available with a subscription. But I already have an outside + subscription. It’s so bad I suggest you fire the whole management staff and start over. I notice in comments And reviews that I have plenty of company.

In the middle of a Midwest summer, a good video can take you back to the most magical place on Earth. the Mountains!

I’m here to watch stories about Mikaela Shiffrin but I’m sure I will enjoy the other fine programming on Outside TV too eventually.

I go on OutsideWatch everyday for great content on activities I love to watch! Would 100% recommend!

Killer action and adventure videos. Have a great collection of films and shows too. Definetly worth the it!

Fantastic and exciting action sports content, ranging from hiking to BASE jumping. There’s something for everyone!

Love the surf and adventure videos! The live feature is awesome too!

watch out where you tap, they launch you into an ad that never leaves your screen. and you can't get rid of it even when yelling at Siri

Love some of the programs but I already pay for it through my tv provider... let me sign in through them please
