I am having the same issue as the comment below. And it's not the first time. Wondering if it's worth the hassle. Close and restart the Outside+ Magazine app on iPhone
Update Outside+ Magazine app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Outside+ Magazine iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Outside+ Magazine on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Outside+ Magazine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Outside+ Magazine not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Outside+ Magazine App
1. On android, goto Settings » Outside+ Magazine » click [Force Stop]

Update Outside+ Magazine to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Outside+ Magazine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Outside+ Magazine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Outside+ Magazine.

Fix Outside+ Magazine unable to contact server/ Outside+ Magazine internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Outside+ Magazine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Outside+ Magazine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Outside+ Magazine
