i work in a hospital and everyone has been eyeing this machine for the past week. i decided to give it a go. NEVER AGAIN. i bought the Baja Bowl and Baja Chicken Wrap. when i went to pick it up, the pick up was very easy. but i received the WRONG WRAP and im allergic to chickpeas! the cabbage in the baja bowl tastes VERY VERY bitter and like chemicals. they need to check their food or taste it before they serve it. the prices are ridiculous and of course there is no immediate customer service for this.

The food is good but way overpriced. And to top it off if you don’t pick up your food by 11:59 pm they won’t give you the food even though you can see it sitting right there in the fridge and they don’t give your money back. As a night shift nurse this is so frustrating. If I have an emergency with a patient that keeps me from picking up my food and I get to the machine even two minutes late, I can see my salad sitting there in the fridge but the machine won’t dispense it and keeps the money you paid for the salad. No refund. It’s a racket. Seems like they’re just hoping you’ll get to machine late so they keep your money for nothing and sell the same salad to someone else, getting paid twice. Even if you order at 11:55 and try to pick it up 5 minutes later, too late. Your money is gone and no lunch for you. If you only order food during the day it’s fine. But if you’re a night shift worker. Don’t order anything until after midnight unless you’re absolutely sure you can pick it up by 11:59pm.

Using an app to place an order is usually seamless. It does not, however, work when the company is not supplying utensils with the food. I guess they expect that people are eating salads with spoons. It does not matter how convenient an app may be, if the support is useless. I have tried them twice in the Ontario international Airport. The first time the hard boiled eggs were inedible. The second time the salad could not be eaten because they did not provide forks. Don’t waste your money.
