Videos saved in the app have no sound

I can’t copy photos from my phone to my usb. I have over 900mb of free space. I can still copy videos, but not my photos. It allows me to select the photo, but will not copy it. It acts like it wants to, but does not.

M’y Y- disk accepts files only to a vert small percentage of its supposed capability. It shows lots of empty space but just doesn’t save anything more

there are some videos could not be copied to the disk. I need to know why? There is message flashing which is not in English.

I am unable to backup my documents and music to the Y-disk although my photos, videos and contacts were transferred smoothly from my iPhone. What should I do?

The Y Disk stopped copying even though it has most of its storage left.

It's not backing up everything, only a few photos. Should be plenty of room

Ydisk is not allowing me to copy photos onto my flashdrive but will copy videos fine, it also says USB disconnect randomly when it has not disconnected. A lot of problems with this app and no one seems to care about customer service.

Unable to close word document showing iphone from Y Disk

I plug the Y-Disk flash drive into my iphone 14 pro Max and it keeps saying plug in the USB?? These don't care about their customers

I have my concern, my important files that I cut and paste into my Y Disk USB might be erased my video because I cant find it amywhere.

The Y disk stopped allowing me to switch it from iPhone to USB. There were no troubleshooting tips for this - NOTHING.

Only a small handful of my thousands of photos moved to my Y-disk from my iPhone XR, and only 1 video which has sound but no video. I also backed up my contacts, which appear to be encrypted?? So I can't tell if everything transferred or not.

Y disk not playing some videos

Y-disk is not backing up photos. Backup runs but only saves images that have been downloaded from the internet. Totally ignores the photos from the camera.

I just bought a USB and it said to download the app y-disk if I am an Iphone user. I downloaded it and at first, it was working fine, I copied a couple of photos on my phone to my USB but then after a while, the images I copied onto the USB wouldn't load, so I closed the app with the USB still in and when I went back into the app the images that were not loading were all gone. I thought it was a problem because I was uploading too many at a time so I tried uploading just one photo that wouldn't load from the previous try and unfortunately it still wouldn't load onto my USB. The same thing happened with the videos, after a while it would stop loading some of my videos and even if I took out the USB or closed the app it would automatically just delete those videos from my USB. I am so stressed because I've tried restarting my phone, Wi-Fi, and everything but nothing is working. I would have to skip the photos/videos that won't work and go onto a different picture/video. Please help me!

I was able to save photos and videos early this year. Y disk does connect on iPhone but after the backup, it just show as dates with a sort of folder like symbol but no image. No new folder file is created for the new back-up. I've tried this several times but didn't work. I needed to back up my videos!

I used one time and photos and videos copied without a problem. I went to copy for a second time, and it says USB not detected. Neither the pc or the iphone detect the usb anymore

Y disk connects on iPhone but Photos just show as dates with a sort of folder like symbol but no image .. useless as you need the image to know which ones to select to transfer. Looks like a waste of money.. I notice also the software version on AppStore is over two years old so clearly no updating going on.

i have just installed the Y disk app on my partners Iphone 6S to transfer her photos onto the memory stick but when you go to backup pictures its only done 4 out of hundreds

only loads a couple photos. It "sees" all 1700+ as blank squares but it can't seem to actually load or open any of them.

Hello my Y disk won’t load my photos. The others he did but stopped at 21 feb 2022. How can I let it do his work. There’s a free space of 111.4 GB

It loaded dates with blank images for videos and pics. When I click on them nothing happens. This is the worst app ever!! Waste of my money and I see many other people having the same issue looks like a scheme

Backed up iphone contacts to Y-Disk. This worked, but wiped out the contacts on both my phone as well as my icloud account. Try to recover. Get message that contacts have been restored, but they are not in my contact list. icloud account also wiped out. Thought maybe restore from an earlier archived contact list, but they aren't showing there either. HELP!
