Prior to the April 2023 update PODManager was amazing. Ever since the update PODManager is absolutely terrible. I have tried to contact the developers to send me the old version and have had no luck. I am no longer able to track my drivers locations, I am no longer able to see delivery status, I am no longer able to track ETA’s. PODManager update also makes the default location Singapore every time you login therefore you have zoom out to the United States or wherever you are located. The interface looks like a computer rather than a mobile version. It requires you to press the back button to do everything rather than a Direct push button for each functionality, as it did before. Not to mention they went up in price by five dollars per vehicle per month. I am currently looking for another Courier software.
I like POD version of this service, and want to use PODManager as well but it just crashes before I can even login completely. Haven't been able to use it yet!
