Jeeny is literally making up outstanding payments. Yesterday I had no outstanding payments when I checked this app, today I woke up and suddenly had 6 RIYALS owed out of nowhere. And this reminds me of how about two months ago, I actually had to cancel a driver and pay the rest of the money to the next driver, and I did, but Jeeny kept on glitching and kept on saying I didn’t pay it when I already did in MULTIPLE rides. I paid around 5-9 riyals extra in SO many rides because of this. There is no way to report this on Jeeny .

Your drivers have canceled on me and I was charged a cancellation fee. I have emailed your team and still have not received any response from your team. Your company needs to stop stealing and return the money that was taken as it was not my fault the drivers suddenly canceled. Also many of your drivers do not wear masks putting customers at risk for COVID. And most cars come reeking of cigarettes and are utterly dirty so not only are you charging me without reason, now my laundry bill is high due to the horrible smell penetrating every single piece of clothing I was wearing.

i forgot my phone with him and then after 3 min, I realized that im no holding my phone i called my number several times and its either he doesnt pick up or i get busy. so i called customer service, and he kept lying and denying for 50 min but then when i said ill go to the police he admitted of having the phone and brought it back after 15 min so it took over an hour to have my phone with the help of customer service... tbh I wont use Jeeny again only because i felt customer service weren’t really helpful

Add a feature to let the rider know that there are no cars available instead of letting Jeeny keep ‘searching’ for up to 15-20 minutes. This has happened more than once.

I wish you guys would reduce the available drivers range a little bit because its really annoying when you literally see 20 drivers around you but someone would accept the ride from 2 miles away ..really wastes time

If you are looking for available drivers and reasonable prices this is Jeeny but be ready for worst customer service ever
No phone number you can even reach for support
Only emails which is neglected most of times
Many drivers wasting your time after accepting your request even without inform you to cancel ride early and just letting you wait with all type of negligence to your calls and messages
You could face dirty cars or bad hygiene for drivers even bad altitude

Jeeny is good and prices very affordable, if you can a personal pic for the captain when accepting the drive

-The drivers put the wrong waiting times.
-The drivers accept my request and the display says that they arrived, but they never come. When I call them nobody answers.
- Rarely does a driver accept my request.
- The cost changes when reaching the destination.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: I charged my this app account with money, and the drivers don’t show up ( in more that 1 hour). So I’m obliged to cancel the ride and to get charge for cancellation. AFTER THAT, I WAS SIGNED OUT AND MY ACCOUNT DOESN’T EXIST ANYMORE!!!

I wish I could rate 100 stars this app is so good their drivers their prices are very very reasonable and fair and cheap and though all those bad reports down it may have got way better or they are just broke it’s awesome.

I'd like to have a new addition to the application, which is to set a stop point before the start of the trip.

I had a driver that was so rude
And he forced me to stop and pay for the ride when I told him I don’t have money to go back home
I reported him in Jeeny and guess what
Nothing happened
It’s pointless I did multiple reports and I still had
No one answered
The worst of all when I used Jeeny again trying to get home Jeeny stopped working
Everytime I try to get a ride it get stuck on searching
They don’t do background check and most of their drivers ask for more money
And if you report them nothing happen they don’t give you any balance back
And you don’t even get for the very least an apology
Seriously don’t even think about downloading this

Tonight driver is excellent,he is familiar with application, easily picked up me .
I wish others to use application well ,and never say (where are you ? Or from where to go destination.

What happened to Jeeny . Now it’s 60% higher than before. Even the economy and tawfeer are the same price. Coupons that are sent as an offer to me say they’re already used and other ones don’t make a difference as the price was already too high. will stop using Jeeny now.

I hope you increase the number of the drivers.

I really like the order feature and all these promotions

App is amazing but drivers and customer service agents need to be a little more professional. Not to mention that I faced ordering and the captain moving away and not picking up his phone.

You should develop the search by adding more suggestions and make it able to select location from the map

Jeeny lags and crashes quite frequently and the location service is not the best I’ve seen ,plus the drivers can be Rude.

I’m just gonna give you 5 stars without even trying the service. To be an official partner for Ac Milan that’s enough for me ❤️. Forza Milan!!

Jeeny doesn’t work, trying to sign up and use it, won’t load

despite the fact that you don’t have many drivers, i hate how drivers literally cancel after 5 minutes or more of me waiting and because they know that Jeeny won’t charge them for it, also the other day this drive canceled my ride & and accepted somebody else’s & was already on his way to drive them but Jeeny won’t notify me that he did and won’t cancel the trip, i literally watched the drive on the map picking up and driving customers, i didn’t understand what was going on until i called him because i’ve waited for a long time and he told me that he canceled a long time go & this didn’t happen just once. i use apps to go to college and back everyday but i would NEVER use it in the morning where i would i have to wait 15 minutes for a ride and then get canceled, also Jeeny is lagging most of the time. the ONLY good thing about Jeeny is that it’s a little cheaper than the other apps but it’s not worth it

Most of their cars very good and drivers too on private cars and some of taxis

Good price but there’s no customer service at all!!
I sent a million email and never received any reply or call.
And there’s no phone number to call!
What should I do if I have any issues??
Give up!?

Bad service, I’ve complained about a driver’s behavior with me during a trip and after to the company and they didn’t reply or help me with the problem, till now the driver is harassing me and this is not acceptable and I dont feel safe using their services again
