Dirty cars. Heavy smoking smell. Drivers refusing to use air conditioning even when it is 36 degrees outside and for rides that exceed 16 kilometers!! Rude behaviour. I have been a loyal customer but Jeeni is becoming worse and worse.

Your drivers have canceled on me and I was charged a cancellation fee. I have emailed your team and still have not received any response from your team. Your company needs to stop stealing and return the money that was taken as it was not my fault the drivers suddenly canceled. Also many of your drivers do not wear masks putting customers at risk for COVID. And most cars come reeking of cigarettes and are utterly dirty so not only are you charging me without reason, now my laundry bill is high due to the horrible smell penetrating every single piece of clothing I was wearing.

i forgot my phone with him and then after 3 min, I realized that im no holding my phone i called my number several times and its either he doesnt pick up or i get busy. so i called customer service, and he kept lying and denying for 50 min but then when i said ill go to the police he admitted of having the phone and brought it back after 15 min so it took over an hour to have my phone with the help of customer service... tbh I wont use the app again only because i felt customer service weren’t really helpful

If you are looking for available drivers and reasonable prices this is the app but be ready for worst customer service ever
No phone number you can even reach for support
Only emails which is neglected most of times
Many drivers wasting your time after accepting your request even without inform you to cancel ride early and just letting you wait with all type of negligence to your calls and messages
You could face dirty cars or bad hygiene for drivers even bad altitude
