They BLATANTLY steal money from you bit by bit. When you recharge money, every few days they take a dollar from you for no purpose until you are left with none.
I filled 25 dollars into CASHUكاشيو to get a prepaid MasterCard, only after i refilled i was told by CASHUكاشيو that i needed to pay 10 more dollars to another website just to create an account which was “needed” for the MasterCard production, so I gave up on it. However, I opened CASHUكاشيو 2 weeks later and i had $23 left even though i hadn’t used it, after another week i had $21, they kept taking the money and wouldn’t even allow me to use it, until they stole all of it and left me with $0. CASHUكاشيو is a scam and the people behind it are thieves. Do not download this piece of garbage.

It’s been now a year in which the card is not working and instead of fixing the issue they announced a new card for which you can’t use the money you already have in CASHU wallet

Don’t download this scam app, they’re professional scammers, no one is able to use his balance or withdraw it. Not letting customers to login into their accounts so they would close it and steal all customer’s money. Customer service is a joke too!

They block and steal your money. Don’t believe me? Try it and become a victim like me. They stole my money. They destroyed my life by saying that they will notify me when the service is back. Guess what, it has been a year and their service is still upgrading as CashU says. The worst app👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

This company used to be a relevantly good one, about around two years ago, it gotten so bad that all it does is steal money from users and lures them into paying money for services they cannot even provide as promised! Please avoid this company, save your money.

CASHUكاشيو is excellent but the problem is when I logged out and then once then later logged in 350 pounds just disappeared. If CASHUكاشيو can help fix this weird glitch it would be excellent, but however CASHUكاشيو is excellent and I have done many successful transactions.

Firstly it was great having credit card related to the account top up account using other credit card but from 5 months ago the service is very very bad , customers has there money stuck there you can’t use your money even if you needed it !!!!! You literally Stole people’s money!

I regret funding my wallet and I can’t use the $100+ I have stuck in my premium wallet.
This is an unacceptable
Avoid at all costs
I’ve contacted support via email multiple times, and all you get is “we are aware/sorry for the inconvenience”.
I would give zero stars but I don’t think that’s an option.

They deleted all there accounts data including the balance when i tried to login again asked for an update, i did the updated then i went back to CASHUكاشيو it asked me for sing-in up open a new account so clearly they deleted everything my 118$ blanche is gone with it, i know ppl lost thousands of dollars.

Since we started trading crypto currency’s by this application they deleted our history and we can’t reach our money and can’t transfer it out of the application and when we talk to support they told me they will upgrade the application
That’s happened more than 6 months ago till now nothing happened
I lost more than 4000$

These guys are punch of scammers, they cammed me of 100$ after closing my master card and asking me to fund another one with another type of payment mothed! After some time and because I have now way of getting the 100$ back I invested in thier crypto option it turns to be another scam of these master scammer.
Bottom line I don’t recommend any one to get this crappy service.

CASHUكاشيو used to be so helpful. Unfortunately they started some changes in their system which affected most customers. They stopped the majd card. You were able to reload the balance from cashu balance. The transfer remittance service is under maintenance since November 2020. I know many people who have stopped using CASHUكاشيو totally. Not recommended anymore

Very bad services they scam you if you open a MasterCard in 2-3 days they will close it and ask for money to open a new one, even though if you open a new account one and pay for it they will close it ether you want or not and they will say we close it to give you new one it’s name ( fly majd ) and then they ask you again for money to open it even they sad they will open it for free, i don’t encourage anyone to try this Servises, it’s very scamy and bad for your wallet

I gave 4 in stead of 5 because of the signing failures which happened sometimes
