Hi I usually watch my new on Ksat plus but March 7 was the last news that was up load it is there a issue I uninstall and install again couple of time and still doesn't work I have also tried on utube is there a issue?

How to fix KSAT Plus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KSAT Plus app on iPhone
Update KSAT Plus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KSAT Plus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KSAT Plus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KSAT Plus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KSAT Plus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KSAT Plus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KSAT Plus App
1. On android, goto Settings » KSAT Plus » click [Force Stop]

Update KSAT Plus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KSAT Plus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KSAT Plus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KSAT Plus.

Fix KSAT Plus unable to contact server/ KSAT Plus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KSAT Plus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KSAT Plus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KSAT Plus
