Crashes constantly
I've consistently had problems getting the website to load, let alone get logged in, so I thought I'd try SungaleCloud . I can't even get logged in. It says "wait" then just goes back to the login screen. Access to customer support is nonexistent.
It won’t let me create an account, when it tells me to put in the confirmation code that I got in my email and I press submit, SungaleCloud crashes and I have to start all over again for SungaleCloud to just crash again
Haven't been too impressed with SungaleCloud. Was able to login on day one, but haven't been able to since. Been trying on two different devices. The design of SungaleCloud could use some work, not very advanced or great looking. I also don't see the need for the account name to appear password protected either. We should be able to see what were typing there.
Your App used to work but just crashes now when you scroll thru pictures.
SungaleCloud is useless with my frame. Pure junk! It will not let me log in and all it does is say wait. I don’t know how others say it works because it is trash!
I just received this product and it doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to them about this problem and they want me to pay to have it replaced. Don’t waste your money buying this product. Bad customer service experience.
App crashes every time I use it. Setup was a nightmare. This is not user friendly. The photos I did get uploaded look nice on the frame but other than the setup I cannot get more photos to upload because SungaleCloud keeps shutting down.
Every time I try to scroll through SungaleCloud ’s pictures I can never reach the last picture before it crashes. I only have 50 pictures on one album and I can’t even reach half way through. There is no instruction as to the limit per album.
I got this for Christmas and I wish I could return this peace of junk. I’ve tried several times to connect my WiFi and it says it’s connected but a pop up states that “This network has no Internet access”?????. SungaleCloud is worse! Every time I try to upload photos it shuts off sending me back to my app screen!
DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PEACE OF JUNK!!
Don’t expect anything to work or happen. The entire functions of this product and app does not work. Come sham… ridiculous! Don’t waste your time buying their products. Never seen anything this horrible. I even tried using a SD card. To avoid using the all, since it don’t work. And even the SD card was a failure.
Come on please fix SungaleCloud so it can upload from the phone again!
I’m glad to have an app to make uploading photos easier, but recently it keeps crashing every time I try to go into my photos. I removed SungaleCloud and downloaded it again to see if that would work, but I’m still having the same problem. I hope I can use SungaleCloud again.
The interface is nice, wish it was a touch screen. I had a difficult time setting this product up but was able to get it working on my cell phone, there is room for improvement on the software side of this product. Hopefully the will have some great updates in the future. If your using this product for pictures as intended then it’s a great product other wise wait until they get better software and a touch screen.
My son calls this a “Grandmother’s Frame”. I love that my kids all over the world can add pictures to my cloud and I can see them on my frame. It holds lots of pictures!
If I could change anything it would be to have an on/off button on the front side of the frame. And along with that software that would alert you that you have duplicate pictures. That way I could clear the extra and add even more.
We bought the cloud photo frame (touchscreen) for our parents and It took us a while to get the device setup and we were not aware until we were pulling our hair out that there was an app. After we installed SungaleCloud , it was easy sailing. We had all the family download SungaleCloud to log in and add photos to the digital frame. This was a great gift and we will be ordering one for ourselves.
Great new design. Lots of great features
I manage and keep updated an album for my mother’s Sungale photo frame. I am so happy that I found SungaleCloud that allows me to be able to add a photo as soon as I take it from my phone. It’s so much more convenient. I also like that I can get my siblings access to SungaleCloud so that they can add their family photos as well.
