Summary of Layout Problems 🔥

- Cannot zoom in on the selected image that I’m filtering

- Last photo square is highlighted with a thick gold border which makes it impossible to tell how my photo will look like on my grid

- Get an email from Instagram that a new device has logged into my account from places I don’t even know

- Cannot restore purchase

- Cannot apply filters or do anything except edit post on my Samsung note

- Did not remember that I pay for the subscription so I could have multiple accounts and not have the adds

How to fix Layout app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Layout app on iPhone
Update Layout app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Layout iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Layout on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Layout network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Layout Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Layout not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Layout App
1. On android, goto Settings » Layout » click [Force Stop]

Update Layout to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Layout App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Layout » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Layout.

Fix Layout unable to contact server/ Layout internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Layout » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Layout » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Layout
