Absolutely the worst possible ELD out there. It glitches more than it works. Agreed to a 1 month trial period and ended up getting charged $2900 for cancelling my subscription with them. Their eld device gives false reading almost every day. My engine hours went from 3,600 to 312 and odometer went from 6,928 to 11,825 from one duty status to the next. Had similar issues across my entire fleet of 9 trucks. ELD’s randomly disconnect from the Bluetooth device and driving events aren’t always recorded and can’t be found in unidentified driving events. Status changes on the drivers phones, tablets wouldn’t update with the ELD device and then drivers would get violations for going over their allowed drive time or missed a pre trip inspection or fuel. You have to be a program developer or a magician to figure out how to use their application. I had several instances where my team trucks one of the drivers would finish his shift, go into sleeper berth, and sign out.. next driver started his shift signed into the eld connected to the device started driving but it didn’t sign out previous driver and kept him in driving mode for over 17 hours straight. This is by far the dumbest ELD program out there

Just to paint a picture of the persona who developed Ezlogz. He scammed a lot of truckers out of their hard earned money. He worked in the freight business and booked loads for truckers, but he kept money to himself. A lot of families were left without funds to live on, and it was expensive to take him to court, so they swallowed their losses. His last name Karman translates to Russian- pocket - and thats what he does, he pockets/steals peoples hard earned money. You'll buy the device, but you will you get any support? Ezlogz may or may not be good, but the nature and motives of this developer are questionable. Good luck and best wishes to honest and hardworking truckers!! Be safe!

Ezlogz slows your device a lot. If you are using this program on your phone, it will use all your battery, internet and also forget about other apps. You can’t check google maps for the directions because this program is using all the features. Also it is unreal for someone to call you. You are unavailable all the time and you even don’t know that someone called because you don’t have missed call.

Bought 7 devices of these devices from this app. All I have received was malfunctioning product. All of my drivers were complaining multitude of complaints from not connecting to not recording statuses of duty across all devices. Instead of running non-compliant decided to buy other brand name devices. Now this app wants me to pay restocking fee and 30 additional days from the day I canceled. What for? Getting faulty product and now having to pay. This is total injustice!

It’s terrible app. I used 1 year and never works correct. All the time got problem with connection, update or location. The support service cannot be reached. They have one solution - disconnect, mute the track, update ... But it helps for 3 hours, then the application itself turns off and no longer connects. They offer to buy the device from them again. Don't fall for this bait.
P.S. By the way, their friends write positive reviews.

Hidden cancellation fee’s, shady business practice.

UPDATE: Opened an account, was told there are no hidden fees or cancellation fees if i buy the eld OBD module instead of renting it. Bought the device, paid 1st and last month. Everything was paid as agreed, then during cancelation, i was told i have to pay about 69$ in cancelation fees. What do you NOT understand about your own scam?

Be aware pf these slick scammers, not to speak about the bug filled trash app.

Never recognizes my internet connection when I open Ezlogz . Have to reopen and wait for sync operation wasting valuable time. Too many requests for signature. Every duty status change needs a signature. And too many updates. Seems like every couple days I have to do an update. How many bugs does this thing have?

Absolutely terrible. Been happening a lot lately. I drive in team. I switched to sleeper mode, disconnected my device and logged out of my account when my shift came to an end, to prevent any violations. Next day, I log back in and I’m in violation for driving the entire time. How does that work? It’s been switching modes on its own lately. Leaving to another ELD at the end of the month

How can I get the Device to buy it, with the OBDII connector.
I’m been using it for long time is super. Now I’m going to get my own one device.

Ez logs are hands down the best ELD logs out here right now!!!! I’ve used three different ELD’s and everything about Ez logs from the easy use to the tech support you won’t disappointed at all!!!!!

Would be nice to have some sort of extension for the smart watches. I mean just tap the icon on my Apple Watch to change a status, would be kinda neat.

Easy to operate, customer service is 24 hours available and fixes your issues if any

Works grate. Thins I got this device I never have problem. Works like swis watch!!! But what really I liked is customer service. Always have a time to give you answer for any questions about device!!!

Ezlogz is hands down thumbs up 👍🏾 the best app for truckers I love it love it love it please do not waste your time on the other trucker elog apps this app app is the only way to go.

I’ve been using the service since 2017 and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Great company, great service. I recommend it.

I don’t know why people rating Ezlogz with one star, I ordered 15 devices and had problems with one or two and it was not even do to the device or app, problem comes wen truck it self has different ECU or engine is different than what the truck came with, most of my trucks connected in 1 minute without any problems, but when I tried to connect with trucks which had previously had engine swap or ECU swap those were only trucks took me longer then usual, other than that %100 works and I suggested to all my friends and they are also happy, so before writing one star review do your Due-diligence about truck and send Engine serial number, to customer service and they will help you.

It may be a new app and will be better with some time so far they always help me with any kind of issue really good technical support no complains five stars from my opinion

Don’t know why people crying . Same small issue present but I am very impressed how this app team working on them. This is one of best app for drivers , small fleets and also big . Many features , just kind a tool universal . Looking forward when you guys will do diagnostic mode for trucks. Thank you for great product.

After I update Ezlogz it’s starts working bad. It’s thinking slow. For example: when I change status to on duty and after one hour I want to change to off duty it’s shows that I just went to on duty. So I have to wait for a while until it will show that one hour already past and then I can change status. Please fix it.
