Keeps saying error security error 15 missing lots of test ? Any help please ?

error 15! I am missing lots of tests. I have paid for this app and it's not working!

Everytime i find a cancellation and i go to book it it says booking failure

I keep getting error 15 when I try to select a cancellation. Missing some chances because of this.

My test is tomorrow and I’ve gone on to double check times and it’s saying my test is cancelled with no emails or texts to confirm cancellation

Hi, I have tried to get a few cancellations but it comes up error 15 access denied. I’ve missed a few tests now.

I bought the Testi premium for my daughter as yesterday not till February, I’m not even getting notifications to say there are tests at our local center I log in and see them then time I do it they are gone

Every time I go to book a test when it flashes up phone literally in my hand I get a page that says error 15 this page was blocked my security rules. What is the point in paying for an app you can’t use! I have missed 5 tests so far not impressed!

Won’t show my location centre

I rarely get notifications as if the app decides to pick and choose when to send them. As well as this, when I have had the rare chance to pick up a cancellation it comes up with Error 15. I see others are having this problem. Please help. We have paid for a service we aren’t meeting.

Not receiving notifications , also when I go into DVSA asks me to do security check with pictures , this will delay my chance of getting a test
