When the app works properly, it’s awesome but there just seems be too many issues. My biggest issue is that when I get on WiFi, I can’t get in the app at all. But cellular data works just fine. What’s the point in paying for WiFi if the only way to use the app is by burning through my data. Please fix this issue if you can. It’s really annoying. I love my Falcons and I travel a lot for work and mostly use WiFi when on the road. Please fix. I will update my review if the issue is resolved

The “transfer tickets “ button is grayed out and I can’t transfer tickets. I want to give my tickets to my son in law, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to transfer! Called Ticketmaster call center for support, they threw the Falcons club office under the bus and said it was a franchise policy issue regarding ticket transfer. App is too hard to use.

I barely used the actual app. I just deleted it because it was CONSTANTLY asking me to allow permissions for Bluetooth accessories, even when the app is closed. I keep Bluetooth off most of the time anyway, but I can’t imagine why this app would need access to Bluetooth so badly that it’s pestering users multiple times per day.
