I have loaded the new app at least twice in four days. I have a pair of tickets that I have up for sale that I couldn’t update. Next I was able to see the “face” of my tickets but couldn’t access the bar codes for any of the games. Then I couldn’t access my Falcons account at all. Not a good situation since I can’t view my tickets in the Ticketmaster app. And no way to get help fixing my issue. And yes I’ve reached out to the ATL Falcons for help...no response so far.

When AtlantaFalcons works properly, it’s awesome but there just seems be too many issues. My biggest issue is that when I get on WiFi, I can’t get in AtlantaFalcons at all. But cellular data works just fine. What’s the point in paying for WiFi if the only way to use AtlantaFalcons is by burning through my data. Please fix this issue if you can. It’s really annoying. I love my Falcons and I travel a lot for work and mostly use WiFi when on the road. Please fix. I will update my review if the issue is resolved

Tried to access last night and this morning with no success.

I’ve had AtlantaFalcons for a while now never really had an issue with it, but after the latest update there seems to be lag in the system and I can’t get access to the news portion of AtlantaFalcons . I’m going to uninstall and reinstall to see if that fix the the problem I really hope so because I like AtlantaFalcons

The “transfer tickets “ button is grayed out and I can’t transfer tickets. I want to give my tickets to my son in law, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to transfer! Called Ticketmaster call center for support, they threw the Falcons club office under the bus and said it was a franchise policy issue regarding ticket transfer. App is too hard to use.

I barely used the actual app. I just deleted it because it was CONSTANTLY asking me to allow permissions for Bluetooth accessories, even when AtlantaFalcons is closed. I keep Bluetooth off most of the time anyway, but I can’t imagine why AtlantaFalcons would need access to Bluetooth so badly that it’s pestering users multiple times per day.

I like app overall but i feel like our team record should be somewhere in plain sight

I’ve had to delete and reload AtlantaFalcons again and the home page is still trying to load the2nd half of the page. Just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Now have to create an account to use and everything you click on takes forever to load. Although I guess the terrible app fits with the terrible team this season.

certain feature will not work in ios 12. i had to use another phone under ios 11.4.1 and it work.

New update doesn’t allow all the old features; like getting the tickets to add to wallet (won’t expand image enough to get link to work), and otherwise navigating AtlantaFalcons in phones other than iPhone x is hindered!

Down loaded the updated APP (because I was prompted to. Downloaded it and you can't navigate to anything in the Links. What ever happened to leaving well enough alone( if it ain't broke do t fix it approach). You tech geeks today "fix it until you break it". C'mon guys...KISS it(Keep It Simple Supid)...

Someone needs to work on AtlantaFalcons. All it does is freeze up. AtlantaFalcons is not good for iPhone. All it does is freeze up. Works good on iPad. Don’t waste your time downloading to your phone.,

The first preseason game is tomorrow and I can't access my tickets and I'm trying to send one to a friend who will meet me there. What is going on?? I keep getting an error that it was last updated on August 16th and to try again later

I am forced to use AtlantaFalcons to get into the stadium. It’s trouble every time. Very slow. Can’t connect to get tickets. People are taking forever to get through gate struggling with app and tickets. Please go back to real tickets. AtlantaFalcons is horrible.

AtlantaFalcons does not properly display tickets on the smaller iPhone (ie 5s). You would think since it is mobile phone access only the developers would test on all platforms. Poor testing!!!

App freezes and needs updating constantly, kinda hard to rise up when it doesn’t work

Too many updates required in a short period of time. Annoying.

No way to H band videos to a full screen and there is no way to share videos. No expansion icon and no share icon on iPhone 6. Please fix!

At one point AtlantaFalcons actually worked. Won’t even load the home page and hasn’t since week 2 this year.

Why not include the ability to listen to the Falcons game day audio in market I know the Carolina Panthers app does this why can’t y’all it’s something I actually enjoy using during my trips to the Carolina’s
