Hi Team, Lesson is stop in between frequently. In my last subscription also had the same issue. Please check and fix the issue or else initiate refund. Very much disappointed with the app performance. Best regards, Stuti.

How to fix Lingumi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lingumi app on iPhone
Update Lingumi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lingumi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lingumi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lingumi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lingumi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lingumi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lingumi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lingumi » click [Force Stop]

Update Lingumi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lingumi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lingumi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lingumi.

Fix Lingumi unable to contact server/ Lingumi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lingumi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lingumi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lingumi
